The Preparatory Secretariat will process registration for all participants based on the personal
information in the Registration Form submitted. All participants need to receive Name Badge
after they have confirmed their registration at the registration desk. Registration is also
possible on-site.

welcome. Mingle with your friends and colleagues at the reception. We only serve light meals
and drinks. So please note that we don’t provide meals.

All scheduled breaks will be held in Poster/Exhibit Hall (Hall B2). Coffee will be served during
scheduled mid-morning and afternoon breaks only.

During the conference, the exhibition booths will take place in Hall B2. This exhibition will be
an ideal platform to gather information about the lasts technologies and developments from a
wide range of MEMS field. In order to be eligible for the Lucky Draw, please visit our exhibition
booth and scanning the QR code from each booth by using guidebook app. After gathering all
stamp, please visit information desk in Exhibition Hall and show your completed image to get
a raffle ticket. The Lucky Draw will take place at 12:00 - 12:30 Thursday, January 31 at Award
Ceremony & Final Remarks!
[Stamp Tour]
1. Scan 29 QR Codes at MEMS 2019 exhibition booth by using QR scanner menu.
2. Scanning the QR Codes of the booth will bring color to each logo.
3. When all the booths have color in their logos, show your completed image at the
information desk(#17) in the Exhibition Hall to get a raffle ticket.
4. Please fill out the information in the raffle ticket and put in the box.
5. The Lucky Draw will be held at 12:00 on the 31st, so please attend.

[IEEE Bosch Award Ceremony]
The Robert Bosch Micro and Nano Electro Mechanical Systems Award was established by the
IEEE Electron Devices Society in 2014 to recognize and honor advances in the invention,
design, and/or fabrication of micro- or nano- electromechanical systems and/or devices. 2019
Bosch Award will be presented on Tuesday 29 January at 08:00.
[Outstanding Student Paper Award]
Abstract has been selected as the Student Paper Award Nominee by the Technical Program
Committee, among 677 abstracts submitted in total. Award ceremony will take place on
Thursday at 12:00 – 12:30, so please attend.

60Hz system. Because most newly built hotels and houses have
the 220-volt wiring installed, you are advised to check your
electronic equipment beforehand.

The Korean local currency is the Won. Major foreign currencies
that can be exchanged at banks, hotels, and the airport include

There will be a job board at the Conference located in the Exhibit Hall. Please feel free to post

The attire for the duration of the Conference is business casual. If you get cold easily, please

side of the thermostat.
