THE PROCESS
1. SCHEDULE 2. MEET 3. SIGN OFF
1. Once a Buyer is under contract, they will be contacted by one of our Selection Coordinators to schedule a Finish
Selection meeting. Meetings are held by appointment only, at the NCG Wicker Park Design Center. Hours are Monday –
Friday 9 am - 5 pm. Last appointment is scheduled at 3:00 pm. Buyers should plan for 2 to 2½ hours.
2. At the meeting, Buyers will be guided through the selection process, will have the opportunity to discuss their style
preferences, and will be presented with the finish selection packages for the project.
3. During the meeting, Buyer choices are documented and recapped at the end of the meeting. Upon review, Buyers
will sign off on a spread sheet reflective of their selections. Once signed, our client, the Developer, creates a work order
and completes the home accordingly. No changes are made to the spreadsheet or work order, except in the case of
unforeseeable events.
