Headmaster Mr Patrick Drumm said the initiative was motivated by the
growth of the school, and the wish to see each student reach their
potential as individuals.

"The demand for a MAGS education has seen our school grow
significantly in recent years and our roll is now approximately 2800
young people ­ accommodating their diverse interests and abilities is a
priority so that the potential of each student may be realised," said Mr
Drumm.

                                MAGS Foundation Golf Day 2017
The annual MAGS Foundation Golf Day to raise funds for the Bryan Williams Rugby Endowment Scholarship
Fund is now open for entries.

Where: Akarana Golf Club

When: Thursday, 16 March, 11.30am for a 12.30pm start

Format: Ambrose Competition

The post golf function and prizegiving will be held in the club dining room following the game.

The entry fee is $150 per person, or $600 per team of four, which includes a round of golf, refreshments
during the day, and the prizegiving and post golf function, as well as a donation to the Bryan Williams Rugby
Endowment Scholarship ­ a vital resource in keeping MAGS at the forefront of Auckland Secondary Schools
First XV Rugby.

Sponsorship is available for golf holes, drinks cart, putting green and the aftermatch function. Each
sponsorship includes green fees for your playing four as well as signage and promotional opportunities.
