EUROLEAGUE BASKETBALL WHATSAPP SERVICE FOR MEDIA
Euroleague Basketball offers this new service totally free to all media attending the Final
Four. By just adding the following contact number: +34 607 67 04 07 as a new contact
to your smartphone, you will automatically receive WhatsApp messages with the latest
information of the 2019 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Vitoria-Gasteiz. Daily
schedule, interview opportunities, open to media practices and much more useful
information on a daily basis.
We recommend all journalists to start using this service as it is the most immediate,
efficient and safe way to receive all information.
Take into account that this service is a one-way channel only, therefore no messages will
be answered. If you have any comment or question please send it to

PRINT SERVICE
The Euroleague Basketball Print Service will provide media with all the printing services
during the Final Four in Vitoria-Gasteiz. All the latest information and press releases will
be easily printed at the Media Working Room in the Fernando Buesa Arena. Find all the
latest information about Final Four event, teams, players and coaches and print them

2019 TURKISH AIRLINES EUROLEAGUE FINAL FOUR VITORIA-GASTEIZ
MEDIA RULES
Before the game
▪ There is one Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Media Tribune. It is placed behind a
basket.
• All seats will be numbered and non – transferable, journalists with an assigned seat at the
Media Tribune will be able to find their seat number on their accreditation.
• All journalists with an assigned seat at the Media Tribune will have to wear a special
bracelet that will be delivered together with the credential.
• Any journalist not wearing the special bracelet won´t be allowed to enter the Media
Tribune.
• The same bracelet must be used for Friday and Sunday games.
• All seats will have cable internet connection and electricity plugs.
• All journalists allocated in the Media Working Room without an assigned position in the
Media Tribune will only be allowed access to the court up to 30 minutes prior to the
beginning of each game and during practice times that are open to media.
During the games
• All journalists with an allocated seat must stay in their seats until the end of the game.
• All journalists allocated in the Media Working Room without an assigned position in the
Media Tribune will not be allowed to enter the court during the game and will follow the
game through the screens distributed in the Media Working Room.
• Euroleague Ventures (EV) holds and owns all industrial and any intellectual property
rights, including, image rights, derived, directly or indirectly, from sportspersons’
performance or any other that may take place as a result of the celebration of the event
without territorial or temporal limitation and without any other limitation than those
provided in the current intellectual property law. Consequently, the capture or recording
of images or sounds without a prior written authorization of EV is strictly forbidden. EV
may expel any person who fails to comply with the previous obligation and to withdraw
the accreditation.
After each game
• After each game a Mixed Zone will be held, where players of each team will stop to attend
the media.
• The locker room of the Runner – up team will be open only for the accredited media with
locker room pass to enter starting approximately 10 minutes after the game.
• The locker room of the winning team will be open only for the accredited media with
locker room pass to enter starting approximately 20 minutes after the game.
• Locker room passes will be handed at Euroleague Basketball´s discretion to a limited
amount of journalists and are non – transferable.
During the on-court Champion Trophy Ceremony
• All journalists must stay in their seats until the end of the awards ceremony held right
after the Championship Game.
• A Most Valuable Player (MVP) for the Championship Game will be voted by media in
attendance, the Final Four MVP Trophy will be delivered at the end of the game.
Upon violation of any of the conditions set out herein or upon non-compliance with
instructions given on-site by EV’s representatives, EV reserves the right to revoke or
withdraw accreditation, with or without prior warning as well as to deny accreditation to
future Euroleague Basketball related events.
PHOTOGRAPHERS
• All photographers will have a meeting with Mr. Rodolfo Molina, Euroleague Basketball
Photography Manager, in the Media Working Room on Friday May 17, at 16:30 and on
Sunday May 19, at 19:00. It is compulsory to attend these meetings as the
photographers´ bibs and positions will be assigned there.
• Only photographers with the official photographer bib will be able to take photos.
• Only photographers with bib will have an on-court assigned position. The rest of
photographers will have an allocated space on the first rows of the Media Tribune or at
the Media Working Room.
• During the on-court Champion Trophy Ceremony, only photographers and televisions
(rights and non-rights holders) with bib will be able to be closer to the court behind the
first security line.

Thursday May, 16: General meeting with Non Rights Holders at 16:30 Local Time.
Meeting point: Media Working Room, Fernando Buesa Arena.
Before games
• Only the Right Holders TVs will be entitled to access the teams’ locker rooms before the
start of the game.
• The Rights Holders and non-Rights Holders TVs will have permission to make interviews
during the practice media availability sessions; other requests possibly arising will be
evaluated by Euroleague Basketball Television staff.
• All cameras of non-Right Holders will be allowed on court on Friday 17 from 16:45 Local
Time to 17:30 Local Time and from 19:45 Local Time to 20:30 Local Time and on Sunday,
May 19, from 16:15 Local Time to 17:00 Local Time and from 19:15 Local Time to 20:00
Local Time.
During games
• It is completely forbidden for all non-Right Holder TVs to record any footage inside the
arena on Friday 17 from 17:30 Local Time until the end of the first game and from 20:30
Local Time until the end of the second game and on Sunday 19 from 17:00 Local Time
until the end of the first game and from 20:00 Local Time until the end of the second
game.
• Any member of the media still active on the court beyond such time limits, will have their
accreditation revoked for the rest of the event.
• After each game, all non-Rights Holder TVs cameras will be allowed in the mixed zone and the
press conference room.
