FITNESS
Tim Robinson has been involved in the fitness and self defense industries for over 30 years.
Tim has been teaching classes to kids and adults since 2000. He currently teaches
classes at: Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, The Lodge & Club, and UNF. He is an ACE Group
Exercise Instructor, an AFAA-Certified Personal Trainer, and is certified to teach over
a dozen different classes, including: Tai Chi, Spin, Pilates, Step, Kickboxing, HIIT,
Bosu, Barre, Piyo, Weight Training, Boot Camp, and Mixed Martial Arts. Tim is
an accomplished martial artist, with 5 different black belts in: Jujitsu, Taekwondo,
Karate, Aikido, and Wing Chun Kung Fu. He currently trains with the Jacksonville
Beach, Atlantic Beach, and Neptune Beach SWAT teams. Tim's company, TSR
Tactical, provides self-defense and safety training and education to the community.
