Foreword                                                                                                              Introduction
                                                                                                                      In autumn 2015 the UK Government announced regional Science and Innovation Audits
This audit sets out to assess the chemical and processing sector innovation                                           (SIAs) to catalyse a new approach to regional economic development. SIAs enable local
