Overall work plan
The work plan spans 24 months, with all activities led by NHT. It includes eight work packages: one for project management;
one for Pilot Facility operations; three for sales, product management, strategic market development, and dissemination and
exploitation; two for development and prototyping of product line extensions; and one for the engineering preparations for
scaling-up to a commercial industrial production plant.
