Welcome to Washington DC
Dear Colleague,
On behalf of the AAO Board of Trustees and the Planning Committee, I
would like to welcome you to the 2018 Annual Session in Washington, DC.

Our meeting will offer you many opportunities to expand your knowledge
of the latest science produced by our specialty, and to gain knowledge
and insights into the current state of business and technology applica-
tions in our field. We hope that you can also re-charge and feel inspired
by the cultural, historic and architectural beauty that surrounds us.

Please join me at the Opening Ceremonies, where we will experience the
vocal artistry of Emmy and Tony Award-winning actress and singer Kristin
Chenoweth; at the Excellence in Orthodontics Awards Ceremony featuring
Duke University Head Basketball Coach Mike Krzyzewski; at the AAO
Celebration at the Old Post Office; and at our other memorable events.

Most of all, I look forward to sharing with you
the warmth and camaraderie, as well as
lively intellectual exchange, among friends
both old and new during this meeting.

Warmest regards,

Nahid Maleki, DDS, MS
