Eligibility Criteria
       To enter this competition, you must:
   o   be a current client engaged on the OC4 programme
   o   have attended all Start Your Business and Run Your Business sessions, or completed a minimum of 12 hours of support
   o   have completed and returned all relevant and necessary paperwork (your Outset advisor will support you with this)
   o   have provided all required evidence (your Outset advisor will support you with this)
   o   have registered your business with HMRC in the last 24 months and/or since joining the Outset programme, providing us with evidence of your
       UTR number.

Terms and Conditions
       The Prize
    1. The prize consists of:
          a. A day on the Outset Cornwall stand at Royal Cornwall Show (either Thursday 9th, Friday 10th or Saturday 11th June 2022)
          b. Up to two admission tickets (one for the winner and one for another person to support if required)
          c. Print support package of up to £250 + VAT (no cash alternative).
    2. The prize does not include mileage or transportation/travel costs, accommodation costs or subsistence.
    3. The stand consists of 6m (20ft) depth by 3m (10ft) width of covered shedding, with flooring and electricity supply. The frame above
       the stand will be for Outset Cornwall use only.
    4. The print support package can include a roll-up banner, flyers, leaflets, posters, business cards or other suitable promotional
       materials, and will be sourced through a supplier of our choice. No cash alternative will be available.

       Competition Entry
    5. This competition is open to all current and eligible Outset Cornwall clients with a “Business to Consumer” client base. Please see
       our eligibility criteria.
    6. Any food-based businesses wishing to enter will only be able to provide free samples or giveaways and will not be able to sell their
       products, in accordance with Royal Cornwall Show’s (the organiser) trading and licensing terms and conditions.
    7. Video entries must be a maximum of 2 minutes long; any longer than this and the entry will be disregarded.
    8. Video entries must not contain anything lewd, vulgar, offensive or inappropriate. If an entry is deemed to contain any such material,
       it will be disregarded.
    9. A completed application form must be submitted with your entry. Incomplete or missing forms will result in entries being
       disregarded.
    10. All required Outset Cornwall paperwork must be completed and up to date. You will be advised by a member of the Outset
        Cornwall team if this is not the case and supported to complete any outstanding paperwork, prior to your application being
        approved.
    11. Full entries must be received by 5pm on Thursday 5th May 2022. Any entries received after this time and date will be disregarded.

Judging/Voting Process
    12. A maximum of 10 finalist places are available.
    13. If your entry is successful and you are a finalist, your video will be uploaded to the Outset Cornwall website and available for public
        viewing and voting from Monday 9th May to 5pm on Thursday 19th May 2022 inclusive.
    14. As a finalist, you will be expected to promote your entry to encourage votes during this time, directing people to the relevant part
        of the Outset Cornwall website to cast their votes and tagging both Outset Cornwall and Royal Cornwall Show on social media
        where relevant/possible/appropriate.
    15. At the end of the judging/voting process, your video will be removed from the Outset Cornwall website, before announcement of
        the three winners.
    16. Winners will be determined by calculating the three finalists with the highest number of votes at the end of the judging period.
    17. Announcement of the three winners will take place on Friday 20th May and the event organiser (Royal Cornwall Show) will be
        informed accordingly.

       Winners Attending the Event
    18. You must hold a valid public liability insurance document with cover up to the value of £2,500,000. You will be asked to provide a
        copy of this certificate to organisers, prior to the event.
    19. You agree to have your stall ready for trading by 10am on your allocated day. You will be allowed on site to set up from 8.30am
        (exact times TBC).
    20. You agree to have your stall staffed by either yourself or someone representing your business for the entire day, followed by timely
        breakdown and removal of all your belongings, products, stock, props and items at the end of the day.
    21. You agree to share and promote the event via your social media channels both in the run up to the event and during, wherever
        possible. Outset Cornwall will provide suitable text and images for you to use.
    22. There will be photographers and videographers on site during the day, meaning you or your business may be captured in this
        media. You will be required to sign a media release form giving permission for this on the morning of the event.
    23. You are solely responsible for the security of any moneys taken on the day of trading and will take steps to maintain security of said
        moneys, and your business and personal property for the duration of the event. Outset Cornwall will not accept any responsibility
        for this.
    24. You accept that organisers may need to cancel or reschedule the event at short notice, either due to regulations changes or severe
        weather. Outset Cornwall will take every step to ensure you are informed as soon as possible should this occur.

25. You agree to be prompt and effective in communicating with Outset Cornwall about event preparation and any issues, including
        late arrival or non-attendance.
    26. As this is an Outset Cornwall client trading opportunity, you agree to be registered with HMRC to take part.
