About KidZania Singapore:
Learn, Work, and Play
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• School Bags and Outside food are strictly not allowed into the City. You are advised to
pre-book the meals via learn@kidzania.com.sg or purchase from our F&B outlets in the
City.
• Water bottles are allowed into KidZania Singapore.
• School groups must admit and depart at the same time. Strictly no staggering admission
and departure.
• Minimum of 1 Adult / Teacher has to be in the City at all times with the school group.
• Kids below 8 years old have to be accompanied by an Adult / Teacher at all times.
• We have First-Aid trained staff, should you require any medical attention, kindly approach
any of our staff for help
• If any of your kids has special needs or allergies, please notify our check-in staff prior to
admission.

Groups on Weekdays (excluding Public Holidays)

UPON ARRIVAL
School groups to assemble in 2 rows at the Airport holding area
Students will be split based on gender and age for admission purposes
Our staff will assist to tag every students & adults going in the city with a RFID
bracelet
Our staff will inform Teacher-in-charge on the meal location, timing & departure
meeting point and verify onsite final attendance

About KidZania Singapore:
Learn, Work, and Play
Check In • There will be a 5-10 minutes briefing by our staff to
give the kids a brief introduction of KidZania, such
as the KidZania language and the currency used in
KidZania. They will also inform the kids the items
they will be receiving, prior to admission, which is
20 kidZos and a Debit Card with 30 kidZos credit.
Apart from those above, they will also touch on :
• Meals timing and location
• Collection of photos (If applicable)
• Gathering point for departure
• Useful tips and info about the city
• Safety Precautions

WHAT ARE KIDZOS?
• KidZos is the currency used in KidZania. Kids can:
1. Spend their kidZos at our establishments to pay for activities/services
2. Find work opportunities in various establishment to Earn kidZos
3. Save kidZos in the bank for future visits to KidZania Singapore
• At the end of the trip, kids may also use the kidZos to purchase a souvenir of their choice at
the department store.
• KidZos cannot be used in F&B Stores and KidZania Shops.
• KidZos currency is recognised in every KidZania city around the world.

• Our staff will then assist to tag all guests going into the City with a RFID security bracelet.
• RFID security bracelets are compulsory for every guest that will be entering the City. These
will ensure the safety of your students within the City, and students will only be able to
check out and exit the City with the teacher’s acknowledgement.
• Kids that visited KidZania Singapore before, will be asked to form a new queue provided that
they brought their Maybank Debit Card and PaZZport (optional) so that their bracelets can
be scanned first, in order to link their particulars into the Debit Card and/or PaZZport. The
rest of the kids will follow behind to scan their bracelets based on gender and age so that it
will be easier for our staff to track the total numbers for the different categories and the
attendance for the whole group.
• Scanning the bracelets as a group will allow our staff to do a check if any guest is left behind
in the City during departure.

• Kindly assemble your school group at the ‘Main
Square’. Once every one has gathered, kindly
proceed to exit via Immigration for departure.
• Please contact your bus driver to pick up at the
Coach Park.
• All RFID security bracelets will be removed.
• For an extension of visit, guests can approach our
staff to top up their tickets to the original price
for both adult and kid. (U.P Kid -$62 and U.P
adult - $35)
