– Phase2 Upgrade Group, LHCC oversight body for upgrades
1) In-depth reviews once/year; 2) Presentation every six months; 3)
Status report on milestone every three months

– The project progress is steady on all fronts and the status of the near
term milestones was presented
– The submission of TOFHIR2 (BTL) is delayed by two months

– Cold fins profiles and machining: 0.5-1k (if out of the shelf size)
– Pipes, fittings, glue, etc : 0.5-1k
– Other small parts: support pins and brackets, cables fastners : 0.5

– Thermal pads / gap fillers / thermal compound.... 1 - 2k
– Cover 0.5k to ....? 10k??? depends on material choice, e.g. glass
fiber expensive as requiring mold
– Springs / clips to retain pipes in case of removable pipe design: ~
