The MO82 project has created a multifaceted building complex, including a hotel, a student apartment complex, office space and a boarding house. For a building project of this size, reliable and competent companies from a wide range of industries are indispensable. A well-rehearsed team from Subauftrag.com was also able to participate in this project. The scope of work included the installation of the heating, ventilation and sanitary facilities.

The contract for our subcontractors started in Photo: Witte June 2017. 2 large teams, including site managers, were deployed over an area of 30,000 m2. The skilled workers carried out sanitary installations of water pipes, wash basins, toilet cores, urinal racks and drains. In addition, dirty water pipes (rainwater pipes and dirt pipes) were laid and screwed together.

For various assembly works in a refrigeration and heating centre, 2 HVAC-assemblers were arranged by Subauftrag.com. The exact scope of work included the installation of piping, connection of heat exchangers, pumps, etc.

A total of 8 workers (4 certified MAG/E welders and 4 fitters) were employed here, who were subcontracted. The activities included welding work, such as welding TT girders with gusset plates and reinforcing plates.

Norske Skog Bruck GmbH is part of the Norwegian paper group Norske Skog. The globally active group of companies is one of the world's largest producers of publication papers. In the plant in Bruck an der Mur, Austria, 6 subpartners of the company Subauf-trag.com were used for various activities in ventilation technology. The order covered a period of one month.
