Presentation Opportunities
INDUSTRY PRESENTATIONS OPPORTUNITIES
60-minute presentations that provide a high value, live educational opportunity for
supporters to reach Orthopaedic Surgeons. AANA recognizes that these presentations
are promotional and the sessions do NOT receive CME credit.
EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
30-minute presentations for up to 40 attendees on the exhibit floor.
INDUSTRY PRESENTATIONS OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDE:
• Meeting room outside the Exhibit Hall set for 100 attendees
• AV equipment to include 13’ Presentation screen, LCD Projector
and podium microphone
• Basic electrical
• Up to two (2) complimentary attendee mailing lists (Does not include
emails).
• 2 Signs: One (1) outside Industry Presentations and one (1) at the
entrance to the Exhibit Hall
• Listing on the website, Program Guide and Mobile App
• Lead Retrieval
• Food and Beverage
