II OPEN TREBOADA CIDADE DO LÉREZ
Dear friends,
From Club Treboada, with the priceless help of the Concello de Pontevedra
and Diputación de Pontevedra, we are very glad to invite you to the SECOND
edition of this International Tournament of Acrobatic Gymnastics “OPEN
TREBOADA CIDADE DO LÉREZ”, from May 23rd to May 26th 2019 in
Pontevedra.
Pontevedra is a beautiful city in Galicia, in the north-west of Spain, with a big
tradition in Gymnastics and where we want to improve Acrobatic Gymnastics
and make the gymnastics world bigger.
We’re starting again this year with our unusual proposal of a different way
of tournament to allow greater participation within the competition and
hoping to be, someday, a national and international appointment.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The II OPEN TREBOADA CidadeDoLerez will take place from 23rd to 26th of May 2019 in the
Pabellón Príncipe Felipe in Pontevedra, and will be open to every club of every country,
where their gymnasts have a valid insurance, wich is their own responsibility.
There will be two cathegories:
- SUB-16: (born in 2003 and before) the teams will be qualified for semifinals with
the SUM of their 2 better routines in qualifications. The qualified ones will
participate in SEMIFINALS with ONE of their routines in this fase (up to their
choice), noticing that, if they qualify to FINALS they will compete with thw other
routine. Scores starts from 0 in each fase.
ESCOLAR BENJAMÍN, ALEVÍN, INFANTIL Y CADETE 6-16 years
YOUTH rules
BASE ALEVÍN, INFANTIL Y CADETE 7-17 years (0,5 of penalization if
they use an element from
ALEVÍN E INFANTIL 7-14 years Spanish code, that
doesn’t exist in YOUTH)
YOUTH 8-16 years
AGE GROUP 1 9-16 years AGE-GROUP 1 Rules
- ABSOLUTO: the teams will qualify for SEMIFINALS with the SUM of their 2 better
routines in qualification (BALANCE+DINAMIC). In SEMIFINALS they’ll compete
again with this two exercises and the ones who reach the firs fase of the FINALS
will have to choose one of them to compete. The teams that qualify to the second
fase of the FINALS will compete for the victory with their COMBINED routine. In
each fase the scores starts from 0.

In this meeting each coach will be given the official folder to keep the documents
and any basic info about the tournament and access zones.

In Benjamín, Alevín and Infantil, if the chosen elements are not valid in YOUTH but they
are in their category, each one will have a penalization of 0.5.
Gymnasts will be evaluated under YOUTH rules for qualifing but coaches will get the
scores for each category at the end of each day.

Each SEMIFINALIST team will need to provide at least 1 INTERNATIONAL OR
NATIONAL JUDGE for SEMIFINALS and FINALS. The organization will pay for that

- The organization will have available for coaches and gymnasts some menus for
those who want to have lunch at the pavilion any of the days mentioned. The cost
of each menu will be 7€ and the order must be made in advance. (See annex I)
DINNER: SATURDAY 25 – ACROPARTY
- It will consist on a dinner with a cost of 7€ / person, also with advance booking
and with ... guaranteed party !! (See annex I)
LUNCH: SUNDAY 26 - GOOD BYE LUNCH
- It will be similar as the DINNER on Saturday, with a cost of 8€ / person, to say
goodbye until next year. (See annex I)
INSURANCE
As this is an OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT, is necesary to present the insurance proof of each
participant, to certify the subscription to an sport insurance of their own
CEREMONYS
- The OPEN CEREMONY will take place on SATURDAY 25th between 15:30 and
16:00. Every gymnast who has participated in QUALIFICATIONS is invited to
participate, dress in the CLUB CLOTHES (not leotards)
- AWARD CEREMONY will be on SUNDAY 26th at 13:45. Every gymnast who has
participated in QUALIFICATIONS will be invited to participate, dressed in their
COMPETITION LEOTARDS.ACCREDITATION, TS AND MUSIC
ACCREDITATION:
- They will be provided to the person responsible for the gymnasts when they arrive
to the gymnasts entrance. Please arrive in advance so you’ll have the time
necessary to check the correct names, verify the ordered meals and to present
their Passports/Identificacion cards for control nationality and age.
- The accredfitation will have the picture, name, club and range of each person, so
they’ll be personal and non-transferable, as well as necessary to access to the
warming up area, competition area and public area during SEMIFINALS and
FINALS.
- In those accreditation, you will also find the tickets for the ACROPARTY and de
GOOD BYE LUCH (if ordered in advance) so this document will be needed to access
that meals.
- The cost for a new accreditation will be 25€.
- Is needed to upload to Google Drive’s folder the pictures of each participant
(gymnast, coach, staff) untill 20th os APRIL (as well as the team picture that will be
used to present the gymnasts in the competition screen)
TARIFF SHEET:
- Each TS will be in PDF in 1 file
- They should be upload in Google Drive’s folder until 5th OF MAY
- They should be named like:

In the AWARD CEREMONY will be named:
- In SUB-16 the best 3 pair/group qualified after FINALS
- In ABSOLUTO the best 4 or 8 (depending on the number of participants)

TICKETS:
- There will be free access to QUALIFICATIONS
- The ticket for SEMIFINALS or FINALS will have a cost of 3€ each one
- There will be free entrance for kids under 10 years old
- Every participant in the OPEN will have free access to the spectators area with
their accreditation.
STAND:
- We’ll have avaliable for everybody one STAND where we’ll be selling:
o Pictures and videos from the event
o T-Shirts
o Cups and bottles
o Sport material from CLUB TREBOADA
- The whole recaudation of the sale in this STAND will be for the improvement of
the conditions of our athletes and we appreciate the spreading of this STAND
location.
DATA PROTECTION
The participants authorize the use of their own photographs, as long as their use
is related to the event to which they register. With the signing of the registration,
the participant admits that the organizer can make use of the image of all the
participants in any format, either graphic or digital and in all its forms (video,
photo, DVD, internet, media, etc.) and consents that their data be used by the
organization for communication about the event. All image rights belong to the
organization (Club Treboada). In any case, and as established by the Data
Protection Law, the interested party can exercise their rights of access,
rectification, cancellation or opposition by writing or email to the organization.SUB-16 COMPETITION RULES
QUALIFICATIONS
- Every pair/group can be registered up to twice a day (2 inscriptions =
4exercises) depending on availability and so for the rest of
qualification days.
- With each inscription each pair/group may compete 2 routines of their
choice (balance-dynamic-combined, different or the same)
- The scores that will count for qualifying will be: COMBINED or
AgeGroup1 (BALANCE+DYNAMIC÷2)
- Will be qualified to SUB-16 semi-finals 26 teams:
o top 23 highest scores.
o 2 teams invited for the organization (if not, 24th and 25th teams
will be qualified)
o 26th position will be for the best Treboada team if not qualified
directly (if there’s no participation 26th team will be qualified)
SEMI-FINALS
- Every pair/group qualified may compete with one exercise in the semi-
finals: COMBINED-BALANCE-DYNAMIC up to their choice
- Will be qualified to SUB-16 finals 16 teams
FINALS
- Gymnasts qualified may compete for the victory with one exercise
COMBINED or in Age-Group 1 the one they didn’t choose in semifinals
