For all replants, Customer accounts must be settled to a zero balance before replant is
given. Original planting must occur between April 20th and June 15th, 2021. Replant seed must
be picked up from Powell Seeds by June 20th. Replant cannot be provided after June 20th.
Your total order must be at least 95% treated to qualify.
Delivery fees on replant seed may apply. Replant is subject to verification and approval by a
Powell Seeds Representative. Stands are determined using methods recommended by Purdue
University. If stands are deemed acceptable by these standards, replant may not be provided.
Amount provided will be enough seed to get population to that standard.
Good farming practices must have been followed on the original planting. Our policy does not
cover herbicide injury or hail.
Treatment, trait, and variety provided may vary. Untreated seed is typically given for replant. If
original order or treated seed is used for replant, customer is responsible for cost of treatment.
Our replant policy is subject to seed availability- we cannot provide replant if we are sold out.

Seeds containing the LibertyLink® trait may be protected under one or more U.S. patents and may be planted only to produce one (1) commercial crop in a single season, and only aMer signing a BASF Grower Technology Agreement. It is illegal to save seeds containing the LibertyLink trait for use as planDng seed or for transfer to others for use as planDng seed. LibertyLink® GT27® soybeans offer triple stack tolerance to Liberty, glyphosate, and, in select counDes specified on the label, the first HPPD based herbicide for soybeans—AliteTM 27. Other HPPD herbicides not labeled for use with LibertyLink GT27 or isoxaflutole-resistant soybeans may cause significant crop injury. Alite 27 herbicide is only available for use in labeled counDes. Seeds containing the Enlist, Herculex and PowerCore traits are protected under numerous US patents. Seeds

To plant Enlist, Herculex and PowerCore seed, you must have a limited license from Corteva Agriscience (or other

set forth in the Technology Use Agreement in effect at the time of planting of this seed.
Always read and follow herbicide label directions prior to use:
Enlist® Products contain the Enlist trait that provides crop safety for use of labeled over-the-top applications of
glyphosate, glufosinate and 2,4-D herbicides featuring Colex-D® Technology when applied according to label
directions. Following burndown, the only 2,4-D containing herbicide products that may be used with Enlist® Crops
are products that feature Colex-D technology and are expressly labeled for use on Enlist crops. 2,4-D products that
do not contain Colex-D technology are not authorized for use in conjunction with Enlist products.
Enlist corn contains genes that confer tolerance to 2,4-D and -fop herbicides. 2,4-D and -fop herbicides will damage
or kill crops that are not tolerant to 2,4-D or -fops.
