PULA (MARINA VERUDA) BASE DETAILS
Marina Veruda - It lies next to PULA. Surrounded by the rich and still untouched
Mediterranean vegetation, the Bay represented an ideal place for more and more
demanding needs in tourism that is why the new Marina was built up just here at this
place: the door that opens for the whole Adriatic. By its position, Marina Veruda offers
a safe refuge from all winds. Marina lives intensively not only in summer but during the
whole year.
FACILITIES: reception, exchange office, restaurant, toilets and showers, grocery shop,
nautical gear shop, repair shop, parking lot (there are 300 parking places for buses,
trailers, cars and motorcycles). The gas station is in the marina.

1. CHECK IN PROCEDURE
After arriving in the marina you will easily find Waypoint office following base info
sheet. Check in our office first where we will do all necessary paper work:
    check documents
    print crew list
    charge end cleaning and other extras
    take security deposit or insurance

                        NOTE: Skipper license is mandatory.

Check in time from 16:00 h
At this time boat will be ready for inspection, inventory list will be on the boat, for client
to check himself.
● After you have checked the inventory, one of our staff members will give full
technical explanation of all systems and functions on/of the boat
● After making sure that all inventory is complete and yacht is technically explained,
list has to be signed

In case boat is ready earlier than 16:00h it is possible for the client to board but in
accordance with our staff.
2. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE
Our suggestion is to be back in our base Friday evening to be prepared to proceed
for the checking out Saturday morning.
However the latest DISEMBARKATION TIME is Saturday at 09.00AM
At this time yacht must be ready for check out, all inventory at its place and crew with
their luggage disembarked.
(Think of the next person! We ask you kindly to ensure the boats are clean and tidy at hand over. Please
dispose of your rubbish in the designated containers in the marina. These measures will facilitate a swift
and punctual check in for the following crew. Thank you for your cooperation.)
During check out, our staff is checking inventory and equipment (together with
charterer / skipper).
If all is found in order, you will have the security deposit or refundable part of security
insurance reimbursed. This operation takes approximately 30 min.

3. PERMANENT SERVICE DURING CRUISING
WAYPOINT is always of service to our clients.
Should you have any technical problems during your cruising WAYPOINT staff will help
you as soon as possible, either by solving the problem on your boat or giving you a
same or even bigger replacement boat (in case that it is a problem, which is putting
the boat out off order) to continue your cruising.

    EURO 1.500.- (for boats till 41ft) / cash or credit cards – Visa and Master

Deposit insurance can be made in advance (the link above).
The insurance policy is used as a guarantee instead of security deposit.

PARKING:
(inside the marina, secure and guarded – to be paid at marina entrance or reception)

Parking in Marina Veruda = cca. EUR 50.- / 1 week 1 car

OBLIGATORY EXTRA: (payable at base upon embarkation)
1) END CLEANING (with linen):
      90 EUR – for 2 cabin boats
      120 EUR – for 3 cabin boats
      160 EUR – for 4 cabin boats

2) CHARTER PACK :
End cleaning, linen - no towels, starter kit (toilette paper, dustbin bag, kitchen paper,
dish soap, sponge and kitchen towels) & outboard engine + outboard fuel 5L

      140 EUR – for 2 cabin boats
      170 EUR – for 3 cabin boats
      195 EUR – for 4 cabin boats

3) TOURIST TAX: 1.4 EUR PER PAX PER DAY
