I have two requests for prayer.
Our daughter (Amirah Hussain) and her husband (Imran Hussain) and our grandson
(Zakariyah Hussain), who live in Birmingham, England, all have COVID 19. They are
doing okay, but symptomatic. We would greatly appreciate prayers for their speedy
recovery. Also, our daughter-in-law’s grandparents, Crispin and Michaela Angel, have
been diagnosed with COVID, are elderly, and live in Mexico City. Prayers to them as
well.

reality of the pandemic is getting closer to everyone on a very personal level. Please

First off, I just want to Thank You ALL for this great opportunity to offer prayers that we
care for. I have a good friend of mine who underwent a major surgery these past
Monday (21st) for his speedy recovery and also give comfort and strength for the
immediate family members so that they can also enjoy the spirit of Christmas. Blessed
my families during this time where we are so weary and give us the strength to
overcome these challenges.

Please pray for my niece’s husband Justin who is in ICU at St. Patrick hospital.
He is on a ventilator and has COVID. He has been in there since 12/13.
Also pray for his wife Jolene (CHRISTUS associate) and 3 children Jordyn, Justin Jr., and
Jesse. Their house was destroyed in hurricane Laura and they have been living in a
small camper since then.

1) I am overwhelmed with my workload – many projects are going at the same time.
The expectations on timelines for quality results are not reasonable for the staff we
have. Pray for me and my teammates.

2) My gas was disconnected on Friday and I’m having a heck of a time getting a
plumber to come to inspect the lines for a leak. Atmos will not reinstall the meter until
the inspection/repair is done. It’s Wednesday and I’m still waiting… I’m dreaming of
hot water and heat for Christmas… Oh, and no telling how much it will cost!! Pray for
me!
3) My adult son… Jesus guide him!! My adult daughter… Jesus help her!! I need help
with both of them - both unmarried w/no children, both at home w/ me, and of course
they know so much more than I do. Pray for us.
4) I have cried and prayed because of being overwhelmed at work, being very weary of
the pandemic situation, US politics, and all of the ill feelings in the world. It weighs on
me heavily. I try to avoid any negativity and I’m teaching myself not to think or voice
negative thoughts, but I still need help. Joyce Meyer recently reminded me that we are
not to worry about the things of the world. We are not to worry at all, but to give our
burdens to God. Pray for me. I pray that all of your prayers be heard and answered by
our Lord and Savior, and that His Spirit covers us with the peace that passes all
understanding, in His lovely name. Amen.

above the amount our home owner’s insurance will cover. And that my family is not
displaced before the repairs are completed.
