The 41st edition of the Ricoh Women’s British Open saw several firsts, in particular the first time a Major has been hosted at venue: Kingsbarns Golf Links Championship Committee:
Kingsbarns Golf Links, a spectacular venue, situated on the Fife Coastline of Scotland. In its relatively short history, it has Trish Wilson
already cemented itself as one of the finest courses in the world and a brilliant venue for the 4th LPGA Major of the year. dates: 3rd August 2017 - 6th August 2017 LGU Chairman

A strong International field descended on Kingsbarns Golf Links including world number one So Yeon Ryu, upcoming English
star Georgia Hall and reigning U.S Open Champion Sung Hyun Park. With wet, windy conditions throughout the week, the
challenge really was to master the elements.
