Neäl & Wølf was born out of frustration. With over 30 years’
experience in the hair industry, founder Neil Capstick saw salons
being sold large ranges of products they’d never use – and, in fact,
never sell. Everything was in favour of the brand and not the salon.
But why have a huge range of products you will only sell a small
percentage of, when you could stock a collection of proven

We saw an opportunity to give salon owners and stylists what they deserved –
