All the Specialty Clubs that are part of the Winter Garden Speciality Cluster thank you for
your support of our event. We realize it takes planning to get ready for our event so we
wanted to share this important information witn you regarding arrival at the Hilton and
unloading at the site on Thursday.

The best news is that there is no event preceeding Winter Garden Specialties this year.

For those staying at the Hilton, check in will be no sooner than 4pm; this is the hotel's new policy
and not controlled by WGS. Check our time is 11am.

If you would like to reserve a room for Wednesday night, the hotel will honor the WGS rate (not
the higher rate that most of you are paying now.) If you already have a reservation for Wedensday,
contact Kathy Cunningham Roy at broy304@aol.com so that she can cancel your old rate and extend
your WGS reservation. If you want to extend your reservation to include Wednesday,k also contact
Kathy and she will handle that for you to make sure you get the better rate. Kathy will send email
confirmation to everyone who contacts her, so if you do not hear from her within 24 hours, please email
her again.

Please do NOT unload your vehicles and line up equipment hours in advance. This will crate a fire
hazard.

All grooming areas (reserved and free) will be available at 4pm; that is when the hotel is officially
giving us the space for our weekend events. The hotel is kind enough to allows us to tape ahead of time
so that people can get in with their dogs at 4pm.

We have arranged for the bar to be open for food and beverages until 11pm on Thursday 2/8

Obedience unloading, Vizslas, Doberman Pinschers and German Shorthaired Pointers: follow signs
to Grand Ballroom to unload.

Setters and Dachshunds unloading: drive past the hotel main entrance, past the Grand Ballroom
area and up the hill and around the corner to the upper parking lot near the tennis courts to unlead.

Questions about unloading: contact Anne Marie Kubacz 908 216 2357 rsetter@att.net
If you are willing to help with outlining the crating area please text or email Anne Marie
