Turtle Bay Culture is described by our Values. Our values are pure, simple and resonate
with employees and guests. The six Turtle Bay values (Malama, Hanai, Aloha, Manawa,
Pono, Kama’aina) are represented by six glyphs. Each glyph, each value, stands alone
but they are also interconnected. When placed together, they tell a story that is more
than the sum of its parts. You’ll find it’s not hard to make decisions, both personal and
professional, when you know what your values are. (Please see attached for Turtle Bay
Values)

Essay: Choose two values and discuss what they mean to you and how they will help
you through your college journey.
