BEACH STAY ON THE COSTA DEL SOL
Located in the very south of Spain, the Costa Del Sol is the perfect place to escape winter, as the sun shines
approximately 300 days per year. The best way to experience the wonders of the region, with its
combination of relaxation and attractions, is what we like to call the “Beach Stay Way”… This means to
make yourselves at home by staying at one property for 2 - 4 weeks or longer, leaving your heavy luggage
in the room or apartment and taking public transportation to truly become a local. If you wish, you can
also buy optional day excursions to the surrounding areas and Andalusia: Seville, Cordoba, Grenada,
Ronda, Gibraltar, Mijas…even an excursion to the South of Portugal or the North of Morocco are possible

TORREMOLINOS
Only 8 km from Malaga airport, this is probably the most popular destination. Boutiques, restaurants,
nightlife, and the good public transportation services are only a few of the reasons why this region is in
demand. Everybody loves the 9 km boardwalk. Known as the Passeo Maritimo, it houses a great selection
of boutiques and restaurants, all along the beach. The city centre of Torremolinos is up the hill, you can
take the steep but charming street of San Miguel or the funicular to get up to the town and get a feel of the
local life.

Situation
This popular Torremolinos hotel complex it is located right on the beachfront and all of the apartments
have beautiful ocean view.

Bajondillo offers 650 units ( 90% studios and 10% One-bedroom apartments) , all strategically placed to
have exceptional views of Costa del Sol. Each of our units has free and high speed Wi-Fi, a small kitchen
with a refrigerator and utensils that will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.The rooms
are well equipped, with separated twin beds or large beds (5* category matresses), two armchairs , a
large flat screen TV and a dining table. Find a table and chairs on the terrace and always enjoy this
amazing lateral sea view. As additional services, find in every units the air conditioning, central heating,
satellite TV with international channels, direct dial telephone, safety deposit boxes (with charge) and 6-
days a week cleaning (except dishes), bed linen change twice a week and daily change of towels. For
those who seek a special pillow, we have three different types of pillows to choose your preferences.
Our reception is open 24 hours for all matters related to air services, maritime, rail, shopping, tours, car
rental, currency exchange and other local information. Bajondillo is located in the tourist area of
Torremolinos just a few meters from the beach and its board walk and next to the town center where you

FUENGIROLA
FUENGIROLA is situated 33 km from the Malaga airport and 20 km from Torremolinos. Locals and
tourists live together in the city centre, which this time is located directly by the beach. This city is very
dynamic and the land is flat everywhere around, so there are no hills or stairs to climb! The boardwalk,
