About This Report
     What is the SELC Report?
Both researchers and educators agree that five different but similar developmental domains – social, emotional,
cognitive, linguistic, and academic – are deeply intertwined in our brains and behavior. For decades, there have
been different perspectives on how these areas develop and how to measure them. However, one factor
remains constant: all developmental areas are affected by the environment - something current aptitude tests
overlook. Our SELC Report considers this crucial factor and uses it to reveal the whole person.

When it comes to a person's overall development, how they perceive their world or environment and process
the information ultimately determines their behavior. Our SELC Report takes a granular look at these factors by
utilizing our COSEC assessment and PCB Model. COSEC is the first-ever cognitive aptitude diagnostic tool that
incorporates the environmental impact on the individual. Our PCB Model is based on how an individual sees the
world, registers the world, and how it all comes together to influence their behavior. Together, these tools
pinpoint not only how a person's brain works, but why.

Reimagining How to Assess Human Potential
Our simple, but powerful report explains the underlying cause of a person’s behavior and offers an innovative
approach to understand their decision-making process, actions, strengths, limitations, and aptitude - unlocking
     their full potential.

The SELC Report looks at the whole person by utilizing the core aspects of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) to
     evaluate seven key areas:
     • Self-Awareness & Action
     • Social Interaction
     • Learning & Performance
     • Stress & Physicality

Our scientifically valid and accurate report assesses these key areas to reveal a person’s cognitive and behavioral
traits while also pinpointing their academic compatibility and aptitude – revealing the whole person.

very detail oriented and tend to think sequentially. As

new things. They like to break things down to their
smallest components in order to evaluate them.

These students are likely full of school spirit. They don’t
tend to explore new things of their own volition, but
they will boldly go wherever necessary if it benefits a set
Behavioral objective. They will put in considerable effort to achieve
                                    their goals responsibly.
                      Orientation

These students are responsible and always tries to finish
what they start, although they aren’t the type to ask for
help. These types don’t like to impose themselves onto
others and aren’t comfortable delegating tasks. Even
though they are driven to accomplish goals, they may
avoid responsibilities that seem too big for them to
                                    handle alone.

    Cognitive Orientation - Analytic Incorporator

These students are Analytical Incorporators. They are very detail oriented and tend to
think sequentially. As they take in information, their minds form mental connections
with other previously known information to build a larger and more logically clear
picture. They enjoy validating what they already know, rather than learning new things.
They like to break things down to their smallest components in order to evaluate them.

These students are very situational oriented and can pinpoint ideas that help them
develop realistic goals to increase their probability of success. They are meticulous
about making sure their ideas are rational and placed in an order that they understand.
These students are captivated by bringing their interests together to create a path for
        their advancement.

These students may face the following cognitive challenges:
•They are not very sensitive toward other people; they are much more comfortable
        around objects.
•They have a difficult time thinking outside of the box due to their limited imagination.
•They are slow to understand emotions, and they have a hard time talking about their
        feelings.

These students have a very narrow lens and a naturally curious mind and like to understand how
different fields of study contribute to one another. They love to understand everything from
many points of view. They use their intuition to form ideas and prefer to verify those ideas
through experimentation. They have a very analytical mind, but this can sometimes leave them
out of touch with their emotions and others' emotions. They may have been late bloomers
academically but really strive as they got older. Because these students are a little more intuitive
and analytical thinkers, they would do best in fields like environmental engineering rather than a

acknowledge the limitations set by reality, they can use their imagination to develop solutions to
their current situation and what lies beyond.

These students are likely full of school spirit. They don’t tend to explore new things of
their own volition, but they will boldly go wherever necessary if it benefits a set objective.
They will put in considerable effort to achieve their goals responsibly.

These students are responsible and always tries to finish what they start, although they
aren’t the type to ask for help. These types don’t like to impose themselves onto others
and aren’t comfortable delegating tasks. Even though they are driven to accomplish goals,
they may avoid responsibilities that seem too big for them to handle alone.

These students are selective both in their interests and who they choose to engage with.
They can open up and engage with others when they need to but generally like to keep to
themselves. Luckily, they are self-motivated and don't require much encouragement to
        stay on track.

These students may face the following behavioral challenges:
•They may have a hard time asking for help from others, preferring to do things
independently and in their own way.
•They are unlikely to hold strong convictions of their own; instead, they conform to those
       around them.
•They can be indecisive, making it difficult for them to make personal choices unless they
       are task-related.

anything that could compromise their sense of stability is seen as a risk, introducing uncertainty and
insecurity. This also means that these people prefer to rely on themselves because entrusting others
