STATEWISE TRAVEL GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS.*
CURRENTLY APPLICABLE FOR CHECK-IN DATES BEFORE 31st MARCH 2021.*

Domestic Air Travel
1. All domestic passengers travelling from airports in NCR DELHI, States of
Rajasthan, Gujarat and Goa shall carry RT_PCR negative test report with

India is requested to check for the report before allowing the passengers to
board the flight.

Railways
1. All passengers travelling to Maharashtra by trains originating or having
halt/stop at stations in the NCR Delhi, States of Rajasthan, Gujarat and
Goa shall carry with them RT-PCR negative test report before they enter
Maharashtra.
2. The RT-PCR sample collection should have been done within 96 hours
before the scheduled arrival in Maharashtra.
3. Passengers not having the RT-PCR test negative report shall be screened
for symptoms and body temperature at the alighting railway stations.
4. The passengers without symptoms would be allowed to go on to their
destination.
5. Passengers who display symptoms shall be segregated and made to
undergo Antigen Test. If the Antigen test becomes negative, the
passengers will be allowed to go on to their destination.
6. Passengers not testing/found Covid positive, shall be sent to Covid Care
Centre (CCC) for further care. The cost of further care including CCC shall
be borne by the passenger themselves.
7. The concerned Municipal Commissioners/District Collectors will be the
Nodal Officers for the same and ensure that the above instructions are
followed strictly.
Road Travel
1. The concerned District Collectors of land border districts shall make
arrangements to ensure that the passengers coming from the NCR Delhi,
States of Rajasthan, Gujarat and Goa shall be tested for symptoms
including body temperature.
2. The passengers without symptoms will be allowed entry. Passengers with
symptoms shall have the option of turning back and go to their home to
recuperate.
3. Passengers who display symptoms shall be segregated and made to
undergo Antigen Test. If the Antigen test comes negative, the passengers
will be allowed to travel further into Maharashtra.
4. Passengers not testing/found Covid positive shall be sent to Covid Care
Centre (CCC) for further care. The cost of further care including CCC shall

Travelers travelling from other states/districts should show their hotel
confirmation voucher at district entry checkpoints ( Naka).
No shut downs/lock down even in the weekends for Hotel.
All the passengers coming from Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu,
Chattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, West Bengal, Punjab, Delhi,
Chandigarh, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh are to be screened at the point
of arrival at Airports and Railway Stations as per the protocol.
On-site Rapid Antigen Testing of all the symptomatic passengers has to be
ensured.

All the incoming passengers will remain under mandatory Home Isolation for
7 days. If during this period they develop any symptoms they will be
subjected to RT-PCR test. If found positive in RT-PCR test, they will be
treated as per COVID treatment protocol.
Wearing of masks and implementation of social distancing measures are to
be strictly enforced.
RT-PCR testing level has to be improved in all districts.
IEC campaign should be geared up on mission mode.
Considering the increasing cases of COVID, it is mandated in the district of
Alwar that all people coming from other states to stay in hotels / resorts /
guest houses in Alwar District need to have the RT-PCR report not earlier
than 72 hours from the date of travel and have a COVID negative report. It
is mandated to the owners / managers of all hotels / resorts / guest houses
not to allow guests from other states, entry into their place without the
Sterling Mount Abu COVID test report.

Movement of General Public is permitted throughout the State of Tamil
Nadu (between the districts) without E-Pass. However, the persons who are
coming from foreign countries and from other States to Tamil Nadu by Air,
Sterling Kodai - Lake Rail and other Vehicles should register their details viz., Aadhar/Ration
Sterling Ooty - Elk Hill Card, Travel Ticket, Telephone/Mobile Numbers in Tamil Nadu E- TN e-pass:

Sterling Yercaud Travelling to Nilgiris District and all other hill stations like Kodaikannal and
Yercaud, tourists should register their details viz., Aadhar/Ration Card,
Travel Ticket, Telephone/Mobile Numbers in Tamil Nadu E-Registration
portal and proceed with their travel with an e-Registration.
Guests should upload and bring Covid negative test (RT-PCR / True net /
CB Net/ANTIGEN Test from authorized ICMR Laboratories ) done not
earlier than 96 hours before the arrival to Uttarakhand border. Register on the Smart City web portal:
