You don’t have to make the reservations by yourself. We organized the hotel rooms
together with the travel agency. Your registration for the study trip will be
automatically the binding booking of the accommodations.
All four overnight stays will be about 550, - € (incl. breakfast).
We strongly recommend to book this offer. If you want to organize and book
accommodations by yourself please let the project management know.
Please note the following:
After closing the registration, the travel agency will make a binding booking in the hotels that
are named in the practical information. You will get an invoice with the hotel costs in the
beginning of August. This invoice must then be paid to the travel agency by the participants
before the study trip. If you want a travel cancellation insurance, you can choose this option
in the registration form (don't forget to indicate your birthdate!).

REGISTRATION
Please confirm your participation by filling in the respective sections of the online registration
form by 25 July 2019 at the latest. Please fill in a registration form for each participant

Transportation / Start and End of the study trip
The transportation and transfers during the study trip will be centrally organized by and done
with a charter bus which is financed from the ELMAR partner budget of Economic
Development Corporation Vorpommern. The joint travel starts at the above indicated hotels
in Salzburg next to Salzburg airport on 10 Sept 2019, 8.30 h and ends in Constance on 13
Sept 2019, 8.00 h. From here you can travel individually by bus or train to Zurich airport.
Subsistence / Meals:
Breakfast is included in the room fees and served in the hotels. Participants have to pay for
lunch and dinner themselves respectively to use per diems for this purpose. Exceptions are
the dinners on 10 Sept and 11 Sept, which are paid by the Economic Development
Corporation Vorpommern from the ELMAR partner budget.
Languages / Interpretation
The working language among the participants and during the lectures is English. If you see a
need for further interpretation in order to be able to follow the program conveniently, please
contact the project management.
