       The other day I was grilling some chicken for a few friends and family and one of our guests
       commented on how delicious and juicy the chicken was...

Simple Chicken Brine
                                                                                 Method
   Ingredients                                                                   Bring 1/2 gallon of the water, the salt and sugar to boil, stirring until
