What is the Health Star Rating and
where do I find it?
The Health Star Rating is the national front-of-pack labelling system
that provides a quick and easy way to compare the nutrient content

Applying portion limits
Choosing appropriate portion sizes is important to balance energy needs. The Strategy has specified portion size limits for
all Occasional foods and drinks and for Everyday hot foods, 99% fruit juices flavoured milks and frozen ice snacks. Where
