All-inclusive packages now available

The all-inclusive offer is a must when visiting Arosa. The Hochwang
Archery Park is once again included in the offer. In addition, the All-
Inclusive Day Ticket is being replaced by different packages. Starting
this summer, anyone who spends a day in Arosa can purchase a
tailor-made package or purchase each activity individually. This
includes a trip to the rope park, the “Eggahuus” local museum or the
lido, use of the mountain railway, and much more. Arosa has the
perfect package for everyone! For our overnight guests, the Arosa
Card is still available.

                                  “KrimiSpass” Detective Adventure Trail

                                  From June 2020, our guests can enjoy a new themed trail. The
                                  “KrimiSpass” trail in Arosa is an interactive adventure for master and
                                  soon to be master detectives. The adventure trail is available
                                  throughout the year and is free of charge. All you need is a
                                  smartphone to search for clues. The “KrimiSpass” trail takes the
                                  participants on an exciting adventure full of puzzles, secrets and
                                  unexpected twists. You are part of this detective story, not just the
                                  audience!

AlpArosa Restaurant

This culinary jewel in the winter sports region Arosa Lenzerheide
opened in December 2019. It is located directly below the “Hintere
Hütten” reservoir and can also be reserved exclusively for groups and
events during the evening. Enjoy pleasure in all its facets - from the
breathtaking view to an incomparable atmosphere to culinary
highlights. “We love simple food that is of high quality and which is
served in a welcoming atmosphere” - this is the motto of the new
AlpArosa by the Hinteren Hütten. The AlpArosa will also be open for
our guests in summer 2020.

Lenzerheide becomes “Bike Kingdom Lenzerheide”

Lenzerheide is already one of the best mountain bike travel
destinations in Europe. The holiday region would like to further
develop its leading status in the summer season 2020 through the
reworking of all mountain bike communication. With the creation of
“Bike Kingdom Lenzerheide”, the subject of mountain biking in
Lenzerheide achieves the stature and importance it has been working
towards in recent years. “Bike Kingdom Lenzerheide” will create a
platform which will position Lenzerheide as the central mountain
biking destination in the Alpine region for decades to come.

                                  New Summer Mountain Experience: “Märli” Fairytale Brunch

                                  The “Märli” Fairytale Brunch at the Piz Scalottas mountain restaurant
                                  combines marvellous tales with a substantial breakfast. While the
                                  parents start their day with a brunch, storytellers delight the children
                                  with fairy tales – of course after they have enjoyed their hearty
                                  breakfast. The popular children’s hero Globi is there to say goodbye
                                  to the young guests at the end.

New Event: Grinduro – 26 June 2020

The unique format of Grinduro combines the best elements of enduro
mountain biking with a grinder-style road race. The event includes art
and music, excellent food and camping as well as the unique alpine
landscape, tricky trails and winding gravel roads. In 2020, Grinduro
will come to Switzerland for the first time, to Lenzerheide.

Fragrant alpine meadows, cosy fireplaces, and crystal-clear mountain lakes in the heart of an
impressive mountain panorama - Arosa Lenzerheide offers the ideal backdrop for active summer
days in the Graubünden mountains.

Whether you are leisure hikers, long-distance runners or a family on tour: with more than 300 km of
marked hiking trails, nature-lovers will find the ideal trail for a perfect summer’s day in the mountains.
Arosa Lenzerheide offers more than just snowy mountain peaks, picturesque panoramic routes and
secluded side valleys. There are also several themed trails which provide interesting information on
nature, the animal kingdom and legends from the region in varied and entertaining ways.

In addition, the varied biking region also has the perfect tour for every riding style. With or without
transport by mountain railway, by muscle power alone, or E-bikes, mountain bikes or road bikes: several
marked bike tours and numerous GPS tours take cyclists to the most beautiful and most remote corners
of the region.

In summer, the mountain railways in Arosa Lenzerheide also offer eventful trips to the Weisshorn
summit, the Hörnli in Arosa, the Parpaner Rothorn, Piz Scalottas, Heidbüel or Pradaschier. During the
high season, the Urdenbahn cable car is also in operation. In just three minutes, walkers and cyclists
are floating above the idyllic Urden Valley.

Many cosy fireplaces, traditional huts or the numerous restaurants on the mountain and in the village
invite you to relax for a while. To finish off, the crystal-clear mountain lakes and ice-cold mountain
streams provide a refreshing cool down.

Families in Arosa
Arosa is famous for its varied facilities for families. The idyllic
mountain village in the Schanfigg valley is perfect for multi-generation
holidays as Arosa offers something for everyone, from young children
to grandparents. Discover the varied activities and opportunities for
our youngest guests here. For example, there is the children’s cycling
school “Bären Bikebande”, themed trails such as the “Eichhörnliweg”
Squirrel Trail and the “KrimiSpass” Detective Trail, the supervised
“Bärenbande” children’s programme, the “Bärenhöhle” indoor play
centre, the Arosa Bear Sanctuary with mini golf and adventure

Events Summer 2020

                                 Lenzerheide Motor Classics – 5 to 7 June 2020

                                 For the 9th time already, the event season in Arosa Lenzerheide will
                                 be rung in with the sound of whirring engines and squealing tyres.
                                 Around 180 historic racing and sports cars, as well as racing
                                 motorbikes, will drive the 2.45 kilometre circular course between
                                 Lenzerheide and the Rothorn valley station. The Lenzerheide Motor
                                 Classics are not actual speed races; they are more an opportunity for
                                 these historic vehicles to grab your attention with their impressive
                                 performance.

Alpen Challenge Lenzerheide – 14 June 2020

“Europe’s most beautiful cycle marathon” goes into the next round.
With the Albula, Maloja, Splügen and Julier passes, four of the most
spectacular Alpine passes have been transformed into two routes of
different lengths. Other highlights include the drive along the Upper
Engadine lakes, the descent from the Maloja pass, the curve
symphony of Splügen and the Viamala gorge. The Alpen Challenge
is part of the Swiss Cycling Top Tour, the series of best and longest
cycle marathons in Switzerland.

                                 Bike Kingdom Opening – 19 to 21 June 2020

                                 A kingdom is not created in a day. Bike Kingdom will be inaugurated
                                 with a party, food stands, screening of “The Legend of Tommy G”,
                                 family day and various sporting highlights. While the newly
                                 programmed Bike Kingdom app puts you through your paces with an
                                 unofficial world record attempt, the knights on bikes will fight for the
                                 historic title “King and Queen of Bike Kingdom” in the Dirt Royale.

Grinduro – 26 June 2020

The unique format of Grinduro combines the best elements of enduro

                                    Hörnli Trail Hunt – 17 to 19 July 2020

                                    Are you a keen mountain biker looking for a varied adventure with
                                    your friends? Would you like to arrange a fun day around Arosa using
                                    your brain and strategic skills? Then the Hörnli trail hunt is perfect for
                                    you. In teams of two, you and your partner work out the best route.
                                    With or without a lift, it depends on your tactics. Various tests of skill
                                    and a large number of single trails are waiting for you as you move
                                    towards your destination.

Klapperlapapp Fairytale Festival – 25/26 July 2020

In the heart of nature with a scenic mountain backdrop, the best
storytellers of Switzerland will captivate you with their tales. The four
creatively designed stages are located around the Globi hiking trail in
Lenzerheide. The chairlift ride up to the start forms the prelude to this
special adventure. An experience for the whole family.

8th Kinderland Openair – 26 July 2020

                                    The Kinderland Openair, one of the most successful family events, is
                                    going on tour again in 2020 and will visit Arosa. The children will find
                                    varied games, be able to let off steam on the bouncy castle and
                                    trampoline, enjoy craft activities, listen to many bands and enjoy
                                    having their face transformed into a butterfly or pirate with facepaints
                                    - all this, and much more, is available at the Kinderland Openair. The
                                    Event will take place on Sunday afternoon at the Ochsenbühl playing
                                    field.

Bear Sanctuary Family Festival – 1/2 August

During the weekend of 1 and 2 August 2020, you and your family can
enjoy a varied family festival themed around the Arosa Bear
Sanctuary. There is entertainment for young and old, exciting games

                                   UCI Mountain Bike World Cup + UCI Trials World Cup –
                                   14 to 16 August 2020

                                   For years, the Bike World Cup in Lenzerheide has been famous for
                                   raising the spirits of the sport of mountain biking. This year, the Trials
                                   World Cup will take place instead of the downhill race. Over a total of
                                   five different courses, the athletes will balance and hop their way to
                                   victory. The metre-high and sometimes narrow obstacles ensure no
                                   end of thrills and excitement. Entertaining side events round off this
                                   unique Bike Festival.

Swiss Epic – 19 to 21 August 2020

The Swiss Epic is a challenging, multi-day stage race set within the
breathtaking Graubünden mountains. The routes demand stamina,
standing power and skill. In teams of two, regardless of whether
expert or leisure mountain bikers, the participants have the chance to
experience biking in its most original form and discover the almost
unlimited single trails in Graubünden. 1 region, 3 destinations, 5
stages, 350 kilometres and a cumulative elevation gain of 12,000 m:
the staging for 2020 leads from Laax to Arosa to Davos.

                                  FHGR Trail Run Lenzerheide – 21/22 August 2020

                                  With the start and end at the Biathlon Arena Lenzerheide in
                                  Lantsch/Lenz, the fantastic trails include the attractive Albula valley
                                  and the area around the Lenzerhorn. Five different routes (including
                                  prologue and kids race) enable participants of any age and from every
                                  level to choose the sporting challenge to suit them.

16th Arosa ClassicCar – 3 to 6 September 2020

In recent years, this international mountain race has grown into an
event known outside of Switzerland and yearly offers many highlights,
both on and off the course. The 7.3 km course takes the classic
vehicles around 76 bends from Langwies to Arosa with a cumulative
elevation gain of 422 m. A magnificent spectacle for drivers and
spectators.

testRIDE – 11 to 13 September 2020

                                    Once each year, the Lenzerheide holiday region transforms itself into
                                    the largest bike test area in Switzerland. With the testRIDE, bikes and
                                    components for the coming season can be tested in the terrain for the
                                    first time. As well as mountain bikes, there are also E-bikes, road
                                    bikes, trekking bikes and components from around 45 exhibitors and
                                    over 100 brands. Five different test routes are marked for optimum
                                    test drives.

Dialect Festival – 1 to 4 October 2020

Four days of dialect culture in all its facets - from 1 to 4 October, you
can enjoy a range of discussions, readings and concerts. On
Thursday the guests are Amina Abdulkadir, Judith Stadlin and Ursina
Trautmann, the cult radio show «Schnabelweid» and Bettina
Schelker. On Friday, it is the turn of Stefan Uehlinger and afterwards
there will be an entertaining talk about “Züritüütsch” [Zurich German].
In the evening, all festival artists will join together in a show “Ds
Beschte vom Beschte”. On Saturday, Irene Graf, Ruedi Stuber and
Margrith Ladner-Frei will tell stories. The highlight of the festival will
take place on the Weisshorn at 2,653 m above sea level, before the
Dialect Festival ends on Sunday.
