Friday DAY 1: Arrive in Hamilton Island
27 May
2022 Book your flights so that you arrive into Hamilton Island today.
We can arrange additional nights pre or post tour should you wish
to extend your trip to Hamilton Island.
At the airport you will be met and transferred to the Reef View
Hotel, including porterage for your luggage.
Afternoon: Welcome Sunset Sailing Cruise
Join your Teed Up Hosts for a 1.5 hour sunset cruise aboard a
luxury catamaran and enjoy the opportunity to meet the other
tour guests. Complimentary drinks and canapes will be served
during the cruise while you experience the magic of the sunsetting
over the Whitsunday passage.

ACCOMMODATION—The Reef View Hotel (Garden View Room)
With large, comfortable, modern rooms, the Reef View Hotel
offers a perfect getaway and being located directly opposite
Catseye Beach it is close to many of the island’s restaurants,
activities and entertainment.
The spacious, well-appointed rooms feature a private balcony,
lovely views out over the hotel’s tropical gardens, two queen-size
beds and a modern en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and
separate bath.
Additional accommodation upgrade options are offered, subject
to availability, at the end of the itinerary.

Saturday DAY 2: GOLF—Morning golf at Hamilton Island Golf Club
28 May
2022 The challenging 18-hole championship golf course is designed as a
series of holes strung along the ridges and across the steep valleys,
working with the landform to create a world class course that will
challenge everyone from resort golfers to professionals.
With incredible views over Dent Passage, the Clubhouse is a
destination in itself: a perfect spot for enjoying few refreshments
after a game of golf, or even if you’re not into golf, for a long,
relaxed lunch.
Lunch: A BBQ at the Clubhouse will be provided after golf (drinks at
own cost)
Non-Golfers: Catch the ferry over to Dent Island (included) to join
the group for lunch at the clubhouse.

Sunday DAY 3: Free Day (optional activities or excursions at own cost)
29 May
2022 Hamilton Island offers so many different activities to keep you
entertained while enjoying the incredible beauty of the
Whitsunday islands. You can arrange to visit the natural white-
sands of Whitehaven Beach, visit the Great Barrier Reef for a
snorkelling adventure, head out deep sea fishing, explore one of
the many walks offered around the island, or simply elect to do
nothing at all and relax by one of the resort’s many pools.
Included in your stay is use of catamarans, windsurfers, kayaks,
stand up paddleboards and snorkelling equipment as well as use
of the gym, spa, sauna & tennis court hire.

Monday DAY 4: MORNING GOLF AT THE HAMILTON ISLAND GOLF CLUB
30 May
2022 Hamilton Island Golf Club opened for play in 2009. Now, over a
decade on, the course has matured beautifully and was listed at
No.14 in Golf Australia’s 2019 Top-100 Public Access Courses
ranking, making it the No.2 ranked course in Queensland.
Evening: Farewell & Golf Presentation Dinner hosted by Teed Up

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT INFORMATION—All payments are fully refundable or transferable if Government regulations means you are
unable to attend the event because of Covid 19.A deposit of AUD$200 per person is required to confirm your booking. A The
final non-refundable payment is due on 21 March 2022.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations by client must be in writing to Teed Up Golf and are subject to the following forfeit of cost per
person:
• Cancellation at any time after deposits have been paid and before 21 March 2022: 100% of deposit(s) refundable
• Cancellation received after 21 March 2022: 100% of the package value, including any Final Payments will be lost
• Teed Up reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or
circumstances beyond our control. Teed Up* is not responsible for any costs for other travel arrangements affected due to our
cancellations or rescheduling of any tour departure.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID-19 AFFECTED TRAVEL PLANS AFTER FINAL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE: Where a cancellation
of the tour occurs due to COVID-19 restrictions imposed by the Australian Government or the Government where tour will be
proceeding, or you personally are unable to travel because of Covid restrictions placed upon you by the State or Federal
government then any refund will be contingent on the recovery of funds from our third party suppliers i.e. golf courses,
accommodation, transport provider, tour service provider. Teed Up will take active steps to seek to recover funds from suppliers
to pass on to you but ultimately its up to our suppliers. As an alternative to cancellation, Teed Up will discuss postponement of
travel plans where possible. Teed Up is not responsible for the loss or expiry of a credit or unused credit. Another alternative
will be that you can change the name on the booking and send some one else. You will be responsible for any costs incurred if
you are required to quarantine pre or post the tour.
TWIN SHARE & NON-GOLFER SINGLE PACKAGES -If you select a ”Twin Share” package you must nominate at the time of
booking who you are sharing with otherwise you will be recorded and charged the price of a Single package.
IMPORTANT – TRAVEL INSURANCE -It is vital you have Insurance in case you need to cancel for health or other reasons. You can
obtain Insurance within 12 months of departure.
VISAS, HEALTH & IMMIGRATION You should familiarise yourself with any health or visa requirements that may be applicable in
the areas you intend visiting. You are responsible for all exit, entry, health and other documents required by laws, regulations,
offers demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. Each person shall carry a valid passport (for international
travel) (with a least six months validity) Teed Up* cannot accept responsibility for your failure to ensure that you have correct
travel information.
FURTHER INFORMATION—Teed Up is not itself a transport tour, event or accommodation provider. It acts only as an agent for
those service providers.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY -This itinerary is accurate at time of compilation. Details may change due to circumstances outside our
control. Golf courses and accommodation may change depending on availability but will be replaced by similar standard courses
and hotel where possible. This tour includes the services of operators other than Teed Up Golf Tours. For example
accommodation providers, golf courses, transport operators and other tour operators. In making your tour arrangements, Teed
Up Golf Tours acts only as an agent for those suppliers who are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or
servants of, or in joint venture with Teed Up Golf Tours or its affiliates. To the extent permitted by law, Teed-Up* excludes all
liability for any loss or damage whatsoever that may arise in any way in connection with the offer of goods and services by Teed-
Up or any third parties, or in connection with the supply of such services. Pricing and availability may change due to the fact that
the tour dates are over 12 months ahead but cost increases, or itinerary changes, will be advised in advance and are expected to
be minimal. Timings and order of days are also subject to change.
