Registration is first come first served. Registration may be limited.
Club Deposit & Intent to Participate Fee of $100.00 due by December 21, 2018.
Final Registration and Payment due by February 1, 2019.
Registration will not be guaranteed if received after February 15, 2019.

Withdrawals & Cancellations
Substitutes, changes, and scratches must be forwarded in writing to comp@terracepeaks.ca.
Requests for refund must be received in writing no later than February 1, 2019 to receive a refund.
After February 1, refunds will be granted only with a medical note and written notice.
All refunds are subject to a $25.00 admin fee.

Group Rate: $129.00 + tax | 2 Queen beds. The block code is “PGC” and the cut off date February 22, 2019.

Meet Details
Session Format
• General Warm-up 20 minutes
• March-in
• Report to events
• Each athlete will have event warm-up time as specified in the most recent GBC guidelines
• Competition
• Groups will be on a BUMP rotation (coaches will rotate to their next event as soon as it becomes available)
• Awards ceremony
Equipment & Music
We have full sets of women’s and men`s equipment. Additional mats, spotting blocks, mini tramps, mushrooms
and beam pads will be available for modified routines. We have both CD (mp3 format) and iPod capabilities.
Coaches should be prepared to play their gymnasts’ music.
Food
Lunch will be provided for all athletes. There will be a hospitality room open to judges and coaches. There will
also be a concession for spectators.

$5 per adult / $2 per child / $10 per family (2 adults, 2 children)
