                  Open to prizewinners in the three Private Driving classes. This is also a Victoria Food Company Open Private Driving
                  Championship Qualifier. The Champion will qualify for the Grand Final to be held on Sunday 11th September 2016 at the
                  Victoria Food Carriage Driving Extravaganza Show, Kings Sedgemoor Equestrian Centre, Greylake, Nr Bridgewater, Somerset
                  TA7 9BP. In the event that the champion has already qualified, then the reserve champion to qualify. If the reserve has also
                  qualified, the rosette to be awarded to the champion. Once qualified, the horse, whip and vehicle may not be changed.

                  the current year, Points will be awarded as follows in each Leg: 1st - 20 points, 2nd - 19 points, 3rd - 18 points,
                  etc down to 20th place - 1 point. The 10 horses with the highest number of points after the 1st & 2nd Legs
                  will qualify for Class 183. For points allocation and qualification purposes, faults and time will decide. Riders
                  are limited to two horses in the Final.

Classes 130, 131 and 132 are qualifiers for the 2016 Osborne Refrigerators BDS National Championships at Driving Addington on 24
September. The highest placed turnout owned and driven by a member of the British Driving Society and eligible for (c) Single non-hackney
type (excluding purebred Registered Welsh) - over 13.2hh; (d) Single non-hackney type (excluding purebred Registered Welsh) - 13.2hh and
under; (h) Single Registered Mountain & Moorland (excluding purebred Registered Welsh); (i) Pairs and Tandems (open, any height);
disregarding those already qualified down to 6th place in the class will qualify for the 2016 Semi-Finals at Driving Addington. The Championship
will immediately follow the Semi-Finals.

                    For ponies four years old and over and 13.2hh and under, to a suitable vehicle (commercial
                    vehicles and hackney show wagons not permitted). This class is not open to Hackneys.

                    For Hackney or Hackney Type Ponies/Horses, four years old and over, any height, to a suitable vehicle
                    (commercial vehicles and hackney show wagons not permitted).
                    ENTRY FEE: £35 per section            PRIZES: £50, £35, £25, £20, £20, £15 in each section.
                    (Entry fee includes an £12.00 Horse of the Year Show contribution)
                    The qualifier for the Sankey Property Maintenance Ltd. Harness Horse and Pony of the Year Championship at the Horse of
                    the Year Show 2016 will be awarded to the highest placed turnout in the Private Driving Championship down to 6th place,
                    disregarding those already qualified. The qualifying turnout must be owned and driven by a British Driving Society Member.

133    12.45 pm     COSTER TURNOUT
                    Singles or Pairs, any height of horse, pony or donkey. The judges will take into consideration the fact that the
                    exhibits are properly kept and produced having regard to their particular trade, and the manner in which they
                    are presented, decorated and turned out. A sample load may be carried.

                  For Working Hunters, any weight, mare, gelding or stallion (competing stallions must have a red, white and blue ribbon
                  displayed in their tail), four years old or over, exceeding 148cms, to be ridden. Fences will not exceed 1.14m (3’9”) in
                  height, there will be a minimum of 8 fences and a maximum of 12 fences. The course will contain a combination and a
                  water tray. All riders, owners and producers must be members of the British Show Horse Association (BSHA), and all
                  horses must be registered with the BSHA. See BSHA rules under ‘Rules for Showing Exhibitors’ in the back of the Schedule.

                    THE RoR TATTERSALLS THOROUGHBRED SHOW HORSE CHAMPIONSHIP 2016
                    Open to thoroughbred mares and geldings, 4 years old and over, any height. Riders must be 15 years and over, and must wear
                    a safety/Kite Mark hard hat with a chinstrap. Horses should be ridden in a snaffle, pelham or simple double bridle. Horses should
                    be plaited. All entries MUST be registered with Weatherbys in their General Stud Book and MUST be registered with the RoR.
                    Racing injuries and blemishes will NOT be ignored in this series. This class is open to thoroughbreds that have raced in GB and
                    have qualified for this Championship during the 2015/2016 Season. This class will be run under the rules of RoR, and split into
                    two sections.
                    Class 194: Horses whose last race was under National Hunt or point-to-point race rules (this includes NH Bumper races).
                    Class 198: Horses whose last race was on the Flat and under Flat rules.
                    There will be two ride judges and two conformation judges for each section. The top six from each section will go forward to the
                    International Arena for final judging. Horses must have qualified for this Championship at one of the RoR Tattersalls Thoroughbred
                    Show Classes.

                                                             A voucher for a jacket to all those taking part in the two classes. Rosettes to all

                    This show is affiliated to The Coloured Horse & Pony Society (UK) Affiliation number 16070. Both owner and the
                    rider/exhibitor need not be a member of CHAPS (UK) nor must the horse or pony be registered with CHAPS (UK) to
                    compete. However in order to qualify both owner and rider/exhibitor need to be a current showing member and present
                    their valid Qualifier Card IN THE RING for signing by the judge. Members to apply in writing to CHAPS (UK) for appropriate
                    qualifier card. The CHAPS (UK) Championship Show will be held on 31 August - 3 September 2016. The following classes
                    are CHAPS (UK) Qualifiers, Classes 195, 196, 199, 200 and 201. For full rulings and information on competition / qualification,
                    please refer to the CHAPS (UK) Members’ handbook; or visit www.chapsuk.com for rulings. All stallions entering these classes
