Steven Wade brings 20 years of game industry experience to leading
                                            White Boar and it products.

                                            While forming White Boar Steve also serves as Managing Director/ Head
                                            of Woodside Capital Partners Gaming department where he focuses on
                                            M&A activities.

                                            Before joining WCP, Steven spent his career launching 45 online games,
                                            four gaming payment solutions, and eight game portals alongside
Steven Wade                                 many well-known entertainment companies such as Square Enix,
                                            VISA/Playspan, SOHU/Changyou, Ty Inc., and Aeria Games as an
                                            executive, and angel investor.

      1. one-click deployment system: for the websites (each new bar gets its own website instantly)
      2. smart back-office: allowing to dispatch in one click local communications on multiple media:
         website, newsletter, social media…
      3. tournament management system: (allowing customers to sign up online and admins to
         manage the events easily)
      4. ranking system: for any customer playing a game at Meltdown (ranks per game, city,
         country): an algorithm automatically attributes a number of points depending on the player's
         results and other criteria like the total amount of players
      5. custom interface for all computers: customers need to sign in to their Meltdown account to
         use the computers, then they can instantly view the program of the day, their ranking, and ads
         from partners. This allows us to collect data and to increase the security level by limiting the
         apps available.
