Accessible Theatre
We’re committed to making our theatre as welcoming as possible for everyone who joins us
as an audience member or participant.
We have a lot more information about access on our webpage www.watermill.org.uk/access.
To book accessible facilities, or to ask questions, please contact our box office on 01635 46044.

Getting Around
When you book your seats, please tell us about any special requirements you have. Almost
everywhere is wheelchair-accessible. However, please note circle seats are on the first floor,
accessed by a spiral staircase. There is no lift, so if you need to be seated in the stalls, please let
our box office staff know when you book. Subject to availability we can welcome two wheelchair
users to every performance in the stalls. We also have our own wheelchair available on request.
Guests with mobility concerns can reserve one of our accessible parking spaces, nearest the
theatre entrance. Please call the box office to reserve a space.

Hearing impaired and Deaf audiences
Our infrared Sennheiser hearing system amplifies the on-stage sound for those using a
personal headset that works with or without a hearing aid. If this would be helpful, please let
us know when booking so we can reserve a free headset or loop for you.
British Sign Language performances are sign integrated. This means that the sign
performer is on stage translating alongside the actors. Look out for the BSL symbol on show
