What does the northern United States have
in common with Kwajalein Atoll? Together,
both areas share a common era in space
and missile defense development history.

in establishing the site was awarding
the water supply system contract. Bids
for the work opened on Oct. 7, 1970 in
Seattle. Eight companies responded to
the invitation for bids.
