Overview
Measurement Period: 15 October - 15
December 2017
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Key Results: Overall, the DoKZN Experience campaign did exceptionally well. This campaign began on the 15th October 2017, whereas the paid social advertising and PPC began on the 10 November 2017. Website traffic has exploded and increased by 11.87% from 59,674 to 66,759 compared to the previous period. These website sessions we made up of 55,039 unique users which also increased by 11,03% compared to the previous period. Users browseD a total of 145 927 website pages. There was a total of 1,529 clicks on DoKZN page, followed by 472 clicks on the DoKZN Packages page. In total there was 3,030 clicks on all the experiences and packages. The PPC contributed 1,366 clicks to the website and 46,323 impressions for the measured period. The best performing ad group was the DoKZN Beach, which gained 688 website clicks followed by Brand/Generic with 338 clicks. The paid Social Media Objective for Week 1 and 2 was website clicks. This was changed from Week 3 to increase followers. The Paid Social Media stats displayed is only from the 16 November to the 15 December. Overall, Social Media has increased in new followers as well as contributed to sessions to the website. Conclusion: The DoKZN campaign did well with the Organic, Paid Social Media and PPC. The Campaign is now over and we have gained alot of new traffic to the website as well as new followers on the Social Media Channels.
