Marsden Group works with private and institutional investors and developers to create
quality assets in the hotel & accommodation classes. Marsden Group or subsidiaries is a
preferred tenant and will facilitate a long-term lease tenure to establish the operating

Marsden Group promotes a range of trusted brands from Wyndham Hotels Worldwide

unique facilities. These brands are most visible by our Ramada and Wyndham Garden
footprint. In addition, we own and manage Castaways Resort in Waiuku which is a unique
resort property featuring restaurant, spa, wedding & conference venue, and a choice of
luxury studios and villas.
We are identifying new sites to introduce the additional brands of Days Inn and Microtel
from Wyndham which is an exciting prospect for New Zealand.
Marsden Group have a well-established and highly experienced team that provide a full
range of property services, maintenance, and management capabilities across New
Zealand. With significant investment in our capabilities, systems, and in-house teams we
can offer various commercial delivery models to cater for differing client requirements.
