The Cougar Creek Golf Resort is one of the finest golf facilities in
the Edmonton area and the perfect venue for your charity or
company golf tournament.
From the moment you arrive until the last prize is handed out,
every part of your day will be taken care of with exceptional
professionalism and customer service. We can accommodate
groups of all sizes, from small company tournaments to large
charity events. We are also more than happy to customize a
package to meet your specific needs.
Pricing Schedule
Monday -Thursday Tournament $83.00
Friday Tournament $88.00
Saturday-Sunday Tournament $93.00
Our tournament green fee include an 18 hole green fee, shared
power cart w/GPS, driving range use, bottled water in each cart,
$5.00 per player prize allowance in the pro shop for prizes and
GST. We also provide registration tables and on course set-up.

Cougar Creek Golf Resort is one of Alberta’s finest challenges. It
is nestled in a natural forest on rolling terrain. Spruce, birch,
poplar and aspen line many of the holes, which are generously
spotted with sand bunkers, and most have water in play.
Since opening in August of 1996, many golfers have tested their
skills and enjoyed the challenges of Cougar Creek. Our facility
offers a unique golf experience for all levels of players as multiple
tees allow the course to be played from 5,200 yards to nearly 7,000
yards.
The golf course, combined with our first class customer service,
elegant clubhouse, and tasteful food service makes Cougar Creek a
breathtaking experience. Located a short 30-minute drive West of
Edmonton, Cougar Creek is designed for those who enjoy and look
forward to playing the game of golf. Our facility and staff is
available to help plan and provide a memorable experience for you
and your group.
A Message From Cougar Creek Dear Tournament Organizer: Many groups, companies and organizations avoid golf tournaments because of the mistaken belief they are so much work or it will cost the company too much money. However, golf is an important part of the corporate culture in North America. Golf tournaments can provide an employer the opportunity to boost staff morale, while at the same time offer customers an important thank you. There is no other game in the world today that is as great as the game of golf. Golf offers equal opportunities for players of all abilities and backgrounds, while providing an excellent environment to enhance friendships. At Cougar Creek we take the golf experience one step further. Definitions 18 Holes Cougar Creek Golf Resort is one of Alberta’s finest challenges. A Bill Robinson design, this course is nestled in a natural forest on rolling terrain. We are a premier resort golf course only minutes from Edmonton. We offer 18 unique and challenging holes that are both exciting and fun for players of all levels. The relaxed resort atmosphere of Cougar Creek features lush fairways, large receptive greens and scenic views complimented by our friendly staffs that provide the highest levels of customer service available. Power Cart All golf carts are 2012 Club Car Electric golf cars, complete with club covers, split windshields, sand and seed mix, sweater baskets, and a speed control system. Our carts are also equipped with a state of the art Visage GPS system. Range Privileges Cougar Creek has a very scenic practice facility that allows golfers to hit floating golf balls into a large lake. Our large practice green is also a great place to practice both your chipping and putting. Pro Shop Prize Allowance Our fully stocked Pro Shop will provide you with a credit of $5.00 per golfer to spend in the pro shop. From golf balls to clothing, we have something for everyone. Pro Shop gift certificates are also available for the day of your event. Continental Breakfast or Boxed Lunch Choose from a selection of assorted Danishes and muffins in the morning or the popular boxed lunch that can be put in the carts before tee off. Beverage Coupons Beverage coupons are available upon request. Hosting Many tournaments like to host different areas such as the motorized beverage cart and clubhouse. Please indicate to us in advance if you would like to host specific areas.
Policies and Procedures Deposit A 10% deposit or $100.00 minimum is required upon booking. This deposit is refundable up to two weeks in advance. Payment Final payment is expected immediately following your event. However, arrangements can be made for billing. Please indicate at the time of booking which method you prefer. Beverage Service Cougar Creek is pleased to offer beverage service in our lounge, banquet area, concession, and motorized beverage cart. All beverages must be purchased from Cougar Creek and opened at the time of purchase. Any outside alcohol will be confiscated immediately. Alberta Liquor and Gaming regulations apply. Pace of Play All tournaments are expected to complete 18 Holes in a maximum of between 4 and 5 hours. A course marshal will monitor all tournament rounds. Final Numbers Each group is responsible for indicating the final numbers two weeks in advance. Dress Code All tournament players are asked to wear proper golf attire. Denim, gym wear, and t-shirts are not permitted. Cougar Creek is a soft spike facility. Cancellation Policy Tournaments that cancel prior to two weeks will receive full refund. Tournaments that cancel after this time frame will not be entitled to a refund. In the event of a course closure due to weather, Cougar Creek will work closely with each group to find an alternative date. Tournament Director The Tournament Director is responsible for the conduct of all participants while on the golf course and in the clubhouse. Pro Shop staff and course marshals have final authority.

Served with Greek style lemon potatoes, home style baked beans, a selection of salads, dinner rolls, dessert, fresh fruit, coffee & tea. Also available in an 8 oz. Rib Eye 30.95 Roast Beef Dinner 28.95 Alberta Grade “A” hip of beef oven roasted to perfection. Served with roasted potatoes, home style baked beans, a selection of salads, dinner rolls, dessert, fruit tray, and coffee & tea. Barbecue Chicken Breast 25.95 A fresh, boneless grilled chicken breast. Served with Greek style lemon potatoes, home style baked beans, a selection of salads, dinner rolls, dessert, fruit tray, coffee & tea. Chicken Cordon Bleu 25.95 Chicken breast with black Forest ham, Swiss cheese and mushroom sauce. Served with garlic roasted potatoes, home style baked beans, a selection of salads, dinner rolls, dessert, fresh tray, coffee & tea. of participants for the tournament. Your reservation will be held on a tentative basis pending payment of a 10% deposit. Upon
receipt of the deposit your tournament will be fully protected and blocked for your group. Full refunds will only be given on
cancellations of more than 30 days prior to the event date.
Small changes will be accepted 48 hours prior.
