 Congratulations on your forthcoming Wedding, and thank you for considering
       The Nant-Y-Ffin Hotel for your forthcoming Special Celebration.

    We are situated in one of the oldest villages in the beautiful, peaceful
                        countryside of Pembrokeshire.

  The Banqueting Suite is large and spacious, with a superb modern décor,
providing the ideal venue for the ‘Big Occasion’. With its separate entrance
and bar lounge, it offers unrivalled facilities for Civil Weddings & Receptions,
 and can accommodate up to 300 guests for a seated banquet and up to 400
                               guests for buffets.

   A warm and friendly welcome awaits you, and we will make certain that
                    everything goes exactly as you wish.

 Choose from the suggested set menus or alternatively, it is possible for you to
create your own unique menu by using our comprehensive course selector. We
are also able to offer an interesting choice of vegetarian dishes and we will be
               happy to meet any special dietary requirements.

                      couple with breakfast

   Civil Licence granted for the ‘Solemnisation of Marriages and
                 Civil Partnerships’ within the Hotel.

    On arrival at the hotel, our friendly staff will welcome your
                          family and friends

            A unique setting for Wedding Photographs

   Complimentary use of Silver Cake stand and knife, as well as
            microphone and PA system for speeches

    Extensive parking for your guests within the Hotel’s grounds

Planning the Day

  The following timings may be helpful when planning your day.

Church Ceremony                               45 minutes
Civil Ceremony                                30 minutes
Photographs at Church                         30 minutes
Journey to Hotel                              15 minutes minimum
Reception drinks and Photographs at Hotel     90 minutes
Wedding Breakfast                             90 minutes
Speeches                                      30 minutes
Preparing the room for evening party          30 minutes

 The above timings are approximate, and are important if you are
        considering holding an evening party following your
                        Wedding Breakfast.

                    Toasts and Speeches
Toasts are usually proposed in the following order:

1. “To The Bride and Groom.”
This is normally proposed by the Father of the Bride, or a close
friend of the family, and a reply is made by the Bridegroom

2. “To The Bridesmaids”
This is proposed by the Bridegroom following his reply to the first
toast. The response to this is then made by the Best Man.

Booking your Wedding Day

        We will happily take provisional bookings for your
                          Wedding Day.

      Upon receipt of a deposit, your date will be secured.

   At a mutually convenient date, usually 4 weeks prior to the
wedding, we would arrange a meeting to discuss the final details
with you, to ensure your wedding reception will be all you wish it
                             to be.

Final numbers of guests to be catered & accounted for are to be
  confirmed no later than 4 days prior to the Reception Date.

                 Hotel Payment Policy

An advance payment of minimum 50% will be required 4 weeks in
                  advance of the Wedding Day.

 Final payment must be made a maximum of 7 days before the
  Wedding Day. We kindly ask for cheques 10 days in advance.

 Please note that should it be necessary for you to cancel your
 booking, we are unable to refund any deposit you have already
                              paid.

 The accommodation at the Hotel and Motel is of the highest standard.
      There are twenty-four recently re-modelled large bedrooms.

Hotel Rooms
The Hotel Rooms are of equally the same standard and comfort as the
Motel Rooms with en-suite facilities. The Hotel Rooms are accessible by
stairs only.

Motel Rooms
The Motel Rooms offer peaceful and private ground floor
accommodation, with adjoining private parking. All rooms have en-suite
facilities and overlook the gardens and lead to the Restaurant and
Function Rooms.
