relevant issues of international trade both on a substantial and procedural prospective. The program combines
high-level lectures and professionalizing training offered by professors, lawyers, managers and experts opera-
ting in the international markets.
All lectures are given in English and the topic addressed range from transnational contracts to cooperation
agreements, from project financing to equity and trust, from international commercial arbitration to the settle-
ment of interstate disputes at WTO.
64 hours of class time
The program will run from 10th to 22nd June 2019 and includes 64 hours of class time divided in two weekly
sessions on international trade and international arbitration, including a moot competition at the end of the
second week. All lectures are given in English.
35 hours of visits
The program will offer visits to museums, art galleries, churches and monuments, giving students coming from
abroad a consistent knowledge of History and Art in Rome, one of the cradles of the western civilization.
12 ECTS
Upon successful completion of the course and final examination, participants will be issued a certificate of at-
tendance which qualifies them for the accreditation of 12 ECTS points.*

CertificatesTuiTion fees
€ 900 for the attendance at the Summer School only.
€ 1.650 as a comprehensive fee of the two weeks accommodation, all visits and social activities.
Registration must be made at the International Office of the Home University, if UER’s partner.
The deadline for applying is May 10th, 2019.
The number of participants is limited to 40.
Payment must be made through deposit or bank transfer within May 30th, 2019.
