We are a long-standing family bakery in the
Derbyshire Peak District, a national park. We started
more than 100 years ago. In that time, the world has
changed dramatically; but, in the bakery, the way we
bake biscuits is barely any different. Everything we
bake at Artisan Biscuits is made by real people.
We sift and weigh our ingredients by hand, test our
mix according to consistency, bake our biscuits until
the smell is just right, and check each one by eye. The
same way we have done for decades. We use the best
quality natural ingredients in everything we bake. We
never use artificial additives or preservatives.

We are MOMA Foods, a London based oat brand. The MOMA journey began when our founder Tom became frustrated with the lack of healthy breakfast options available to people on the go.
