Day 01 : Jammu - Katra
Arrival at Jammu Airport or Railway Station and met by our representative and transfer to
Katra (48kms/1 hr). Overnight trek to Mata Vaishno Devi (13 kms/ 6 hrs trek one side) Mata
Vaishno Devi temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Shakti and is the
second most visited religious shrine in India after Tirupati Balaji Temple.

Day 02 : Katra
Early morning trek back from Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine, full day relax, dinner and overnight
stay at Katra.

Day 03 : Katra – Mc Leodgunj
Transfer you to Dharamshala after breakfast (200kms/6 hrs).
Dinner and overnight stay is at hotel in Dharamshala.

Day 04 : Mc Leodgunj
Morning, after breakfast commence drive to Numerous ancient temples like Jwalamukhi,
Brijeshwari and Chamunda lie on the plains below Dharamshala. Later drive back to Mc
Leodgunj, en rouge visit Norbulinga Institute of Tibetology, rest of the time visit H.H. Dalai
Lama resides here. At the start of Mcleodganj is a small bazaar filled with variety of Tibetan
handicrafts and artefacts. At the end of the spur lies the Namgyal Monastery. The external
wall is surrounded by rows of prayer wheels. Within the monastery are large idols of Buddha
The charming church of St. John in the wilderness is situated here and this is the final resting
place of Lord Elgin, a British Viceroy of India during the 19th century.
Dinner and Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 05 : Mc Leodgunj - Dalhousie
Travel by surface from Dharamshala to Dalhousie 130 Km /4 hrs. Dalhousie has marvelous
forests trails overlooking vistas of wooded hills, waterfalls, spring and rivulets. Dalhousie
still has a touch of Raj and its colonial style building and houses bring back the flavors of an
earlier era. Check in Hotel.
Diner and Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 06 : Dalhousie
After Breakfast moves for local sightseeing in Dalhousie. Dalhousie has charming colonial
architecture, including some beautiful churches. Its location presents panoramic views of the
plains- and like a long silver line, the river Ravi twists and turns below Dalhousie. The
spectacular snow-covered Dhauladhar mountains are also visible from this enchanting town.
Overnight stay is at Hotel.

Day 07 : Dalhousie
After breakfast we proceed to Khajjiar. Often called India's Switzerland, along its fringes,
thick forests of deodar climb the slopes; the snow line rests above these woods and in the
centre of the glade, is a small lake fed by streams that traverse the green carpet. Khajjiar was
probably a glacial bowl formed during the last Himalayan ice age and left with a lake that
gradually withered away. Khajjiar is part of the notified Kalatop - Khajjiar sanctuary. And
later proceed for proceed to Chamba stands on the right bank of the river Ravi. It is well
known for its splendid architecture and as the base for numerous excursions.
Dinner and overnight is at hotel.

Day 08 : Dalhousie - Pathankot
After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Pathankot railway station, board train to
Delhi with memorable experiences of Alieandra Tours & Travels.

                            PACKAGE EXCLUSIONS
 Air Fare / Train fare.
 Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral
  water, soft & hard drinks, porterage, water sports.
 Any meals other than those specified in 'Cost Includes'.
 Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the
  itinerary.
 Guide charges.
 Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage,
  political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly
  payable on the spot).
 Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface
  transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to
  departure.
 Insurance.
 Anything which is not included in the inclusion.
 3.09 % Government Service Tax.

    capacity of an agent only. ALIEANDRA TOURS & TRAVELS will not be liable
    for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as
    accidents, injuries delayed or cancelled flights/train & acts or forces of nature.
   This proposal supersedes all the proposals given till date.
   We are holding no bookings as of now. We will request for all services once the
    booking has been finalized with ALIEANDRA TOURS & TRAVELS.

   The rate of exchange is subject to change with or without prior notice due to
    frequent fluctuations.
   Package price is valid for a minimum of 2 paying persons only.
   Hotel confirmations are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, an
    alternate hotel in similar category will be booked and customer will be notified of
    the same.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY (DOMESTIC TOURS)
Payment Policy:
    Any confirmation is subject to a non-refundable advance deposit of Rs. 2000/- Per Person and has to be
       paid immediately, after that we can process the booking.
    Balance Payment has to be made in advance and must be paid & as per time limit given at the time of
      confirmation.
    Payments can be remitted through any of the following mode and is subject to realization.

Amendment Rules:
Amendment of booked tour will be treated as Cancellation. However, minor amendments can be made on the
payment of a communication charge, which will vary from case to case.

Refund Rules:
Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to
process & will be sent to you by a/c payee cheque only.
** NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AGAINST ANY UNUTILIZED SERVICES, WHAT SO EVER MAY
BE THE REASON.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation has to be sent to us by Email.
From Date of booking – 30 days only communication charges of Rs 2000.00 per person
