The South Carolina Academy of PAs (SCAPA) would like to invite you and your organization to
join our Corporate Partner Program. The program is designed to increase the visibility of your
company with PAs, NPs, and PA students attending our 2021 Annual Fall CME Conference held
October 6‐10, 2021 at the West Beach Conference Center on Kiawah Island. In accordance with
the SCAPA mission, the money raised through this program will be used to provide quality, cost
effective, and accessible healthcare through the professional and clinical development of PAs.

The CME Conference Committee is planning a hybrid event that will offer over 40 hours of CME
credits with a program that will interest primary care, specialty, and re‐certifying PAs. We are
also planning a Student Track and Student Challenge Bowl on Saturday. We are expecting at least
400 onsite and virtual attendees for this year’s conference and hope you will be able to join us as
an exhibitor or a sponsor. Please find enclosed information on how to take advantage of these
marketing opportunities.

Your corporate partnership means a great deal to SCAPA as it provides financial support for the
educational needs of our PAs, allowing them to offer the best healthcare options for their patients. If

Lodging       The SCAPA room block consists of one and two bedroom scenic view villas (ocean
              view available for a higher fee). Reservations should be made by September 5,
              2021. See the Kiawah Lodging Form on page 9 for more details.
Audio Visual  SCAPA will provide complimentary wifi throughout the conference center for the
              duration of the conference. Exhibitors needing additional AV should contract
              directly with Kiawah.
