BBQ & MARQUEE AREA
The BBQ & Marquee Area offers you a
dedicated area within the Country
Park, just a short distance away from
the Main Reception Building.
This area is large enough to host a team building day, birthday
party, corporate event or even a family and friends barbeque.
Located close to all of the Park facilities and play equipment,
you can relax and enjoy your day at the Park, knowing you have
your very own private area!

ANTLER PEN
The Antler Pen is a beautiful, private,
secluded venue, ideal for any small to
medium sized event.
This location, a picturesque glade within a woodland area,
offers peace, privacy and tranquillity and an area where our
herd of Red and Fallow deer are free to wander.

WATERLOO MEADOW
Situated on the outer edge of the
Country Park, Waterloo Meadow is an
idyllic location for any event, from
small family festivals to large corporate events.
Waterloo Meadow has a wealth of wildlife on view. It is
surrounded by 100 year old Oak, Beech and Chesnut trees and
even has its own herd of Red and Fallow deer. It really is a
venue with a unique difference...

offer options for camping within
both our faciliated Campsite or
unfaciliated venue locations...
Faciliated Camping Subject to availability
Stay on our 87 pitch campsite with access to showers and toilets, washing
up area and laundry room...
Prices from £18.00 per pitch (including two occupants), Sunday to Thursday
or £29.50 per pitch, Friday and Saturday nights. Additional occupants from
£10.95 per night and prices include electric hook up (adapter cable required).

Unfaciliated Camping
Camping is also available within our Antler Pen and Waterloo Meadow fields.
Camping in these locations does not give acccess to any facilities on our
campsite however, we can arrange for portaloos and showers to give you the
ultimate 'festival style' camping for your event.
Priced from £17.90 per pitch per night (including 4 occupants). Minimum of
10 pitches required.

17THE NEXT STEPS FOR YOUR EVENT...
We want to make the booking process as easy as possible for
you and have detailed the steps required below...
Take a look at the options available for your event within this
1 brochure.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch
using the contact details which are available on the bottom of
each page.
Enquire about the options you require for your event with a
2 member of the team and check availability for your requested
dates!
Fill out a booking form to confirm the date of your event, which
3 will be held for a period of 14 days.
A deposit payment will be required within the provisional 14 day
period to fully confirm your date and event.
Receive a confirmation email of your event details to check that
4 everything has been confirmed. Details of when payments are due
will be sent at this stage too.
You can then start inviting your guests and further planning for
your event at the Park... or let us take charge and plan your extras!
Final details and extras are required to be booked a minimum of
5 14 days prior to your event and are subject to availability.
We also require a guestlist of all attendees at this stage too!
6 It's event day and your set to have a great day with friends, family
members or colleagues, with an event organiser on-hand through-
out your special day!
