BY AIR
Queenstown International Airport has daily
domestic and Australian flights with Air New
Zealand, Qantas and Jetstar. Daily domestic
connections from New Zealand’s main centres:
Auckland (90 minutes), Wellington (90 minutes)
and Christchurch (50 minutes). Queenstown
Airport is located 15kms away, approximately
20 minutes drive from Millbrook Resort.

Access by road is a wonderfully scenic option.
Queenstown is located approximately 6 hours
drive from Christchurch, 3 ½ hours drive from
Dunedin, 2 ½ hours from Invercargill and 4–6
hours from the West Coast.

court by the Mill Pond, gorgeous

Depending on the size of your wedding group,
venue options are available beyond those
listed below, including our range of Luxury
Retreat and Resort Home courtyards.
PÉTANQUE COURT
Located beside the Mill Pond and framed by
greenery, the pétanque court is a picturesque
location for your outdoor ceremony. Enjoy
the backdrop of the Millhouse Restaurant
and the rustic stone shed that is Smithy’s
Smoke House.
The pétanque court comfortably seats
60 guests, with plentiful standing room to
accommodate up to 140 guests.

THE SECRET GARDEN
Hidden behind The Clubhouse, this private
garden overlooks the winding stream and
out toward the Coronet Nine fairways. An
intimate setting which can seat 40 guests and
comfortably accommodate 80 with standing
room. The Secret Garden is a beautiful and
tranquil location for your outdoor ceremony.

THE CLUBHOUSE
This rustic stone building is a truly romantic space
with ornate chandeliers, open fires and wooden
beams running along the ceilings. Bifold doors open
out to a beautiful courtyard overlooking the golf
course, perfect for drinks and canapés on warm
summer evenings. The outdoor open fire and wall
heaters create a warm ambience during the cooler
months. Inside, two mezzanine levels create extra
space for you and your guests, and the high ceilings
are perfect for acoustics and live music. Further
features include a secret rose garden, audio visual
system, and a covered marquee extension available
for hire.

A truly iconic space and a piece of Millbrook
Resort history, the Conference Centre has
been restored in the style of the original
estate’s wheat mill, with beautiful stonework,
wood façades, and a working water wheel.
Wooden shutters open out to views across the
Mill Pond, and the high wooden ceilings create
a spacious atmosphere while keeping an
