AAYUSH HYDROTHERAPY CIRCUIT
Contrast bathing is the earliest of spa traditions
in cultures across the globe. Each of Amrit’s spa
treatments begin with a journey through Aayush,
our signature indoor/outdoor hydrothermal circuit
– with co-ed and gender specific options. Enjoy
steam, sauna, hot/cold plunge or warm basking
pools; hydro-reflexology foot path – play in the
arctic chill fountain and effusion shower, swim
laps in our spectacular pool. Inhale completely and
exhale totally– let your body naturally balance
itself in the inhalation salt chamber. The Aayush
hydrotherapy circuit is designed to both energize,
rest, to detox and improve circulation, and release
the body’s “wellbeing” hormones.

Amrit’s complimentary daily signature social yoga experience, Satsang is a word
which comes from Sanskrit meaning “in the company of truth”. Held every
evening, this gathering welcomes all to join in a like-minded conversation to share
experiences, reflect on the day, and immerse in laughter.
Sound Wave Th erap y
Sound is one of the most direct paths to healing and restoring balance through
vibrational waves that can ignite the body’s natural healing properties. This sound
therapy session uses a Mono-chord Bed, an instrument with 70 strings, tuned to
one note that when strummed, produces overtones which follow the mathematical
progression of vibration. A variety of sound devices from tuning forks, chimes,
crystal bowls, and tinchas are used according to your needs. Creating harmonious
flow within the major systems in the body releases stress, thoughts and emotions
that are holding us back from living our true potential.
Aeri al M ed i t at i on
While suspended in the silk hammock, experience gentle stretching and a guided
meditation using a variety of meditation techniques – chanting, breathwork and
visualization. After the meditation, enjoy a long, deep period of relaxation while
listening to the calming and healing sounds of live Tibetan Sound Bowls or Crystal
bowls to infuse balance.

Both relaxing and therapeutic, this ninety-minute scalp and hair session includes a
variety of soothing modalities done in our Hair Health Studio. Beginning with a deep
manual scalp massage, followed by a vapor scalp treatment that gently increases
blood flood throughout your scalp. Includes an all-natural mask treatment utilizing
plant cells, minerals and essential oils for optimum scalp health and hair beauty.
Professional blow dry and hair styling will be done at the end of your visit.

Second Skin: This regenerating and lifting treatment is created using an electro-spun mask with 80% pharmaceutical

areas to loosen up muscles.

to help the mom-to-be improve sleep, reduce stress and soothe muscles. An
application of special oils and ointments will help support the prevention and

[ 30/60/ 90min ] This specialized foot experience uses soothing warm towels steeped in aromatic
essential oils. The treatment is enhanced with an energizing cream combined

performed on a specialized cushioned mat using passive stretches. Gentle pressure is
applied along meridian lines to awaken the natural energy flow to increase flexibility,
relieve muscle tension and naturally balance the body.

[ 90min/120min ] This Japanese massage technique uses acupressure on the body’s meridians to
promote the flow of energy and correct imbalances in the body, helping to relieve
pain and stress and contributing to overall health and wellbeing. The massage is
performed on a specialized cushioned mat and guests are asked to wear loose,
comfortable clothing.

[ 90min/120min ] Ashiatsu therapy massage is a barefoot massage technique, with roots in Asia
and India, in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while
utilizing their feet and body weight. Working with gravity, Ashiatsu therapists use
parallel bars above the massage table for balance and support to deliver effective
therapeutic pressure.

[ 90/120min ] For those who want a subtle experience in stress reduction and relaxation, this
subtle technique based on enhancing life force energy is a special treat. Using up
to 20 different hand positions, your therapist will attune to your energy and work
towards clearing blocked pathways to allow your Qi, or energy, to flow freely.

Amrit’s Hammam Ritual links ancient Moroccan
bathing rituals with modern techniques to wash
away your cares and capture a moment in time.
First your therapist will perform a full body
exfoliation. Recline on the heated marble table, as a
shower of naturally moisturizing bubbles are rained
upon you. Your therapist will massage in perfect
rhythm as the soft bubbles covering your body and
are rinsed away and you drift off into relaxation
and bliss. A gentle spray of Moroccan Rose Water
refreshes. Conclude with a cup of traditional fresh
mint tea to balance and ground you. Available as

Selected for your unique body type, Amrit’s body treatments are created from mineral salts and specially
blended ocean, earth and algae masks from a choice of French green clay, Irish seaweed or Sedona red
mud – each used to restore and balance your unique body type. A relaxing and rejuvenating facial masque
enhances the treatment. After your body is rinsed, a botanical lotion massage will envelope your skin in soft

advancements in the field of hair and scalp health is
changing lives for both men and women. Amrit has
incorporated Trichology, which is the study of the hair and
scalp. By focusing on the health of the scalp and taking
care of the hair follicles that live within it, our Amrit
Trichologists and Hair Health Coaches can detect and
treat problems before they become noticeable. These
treatments can immediately address problems as well as
optimize the overall health, growth and beauty of your
hair. Common problems that can be addressed with
custom treatments include dryness, itchiness, flakiness,

[ 30min ] Amrit scalp treatments solve scalp and hair imbalances by offering a synergistic
method to solve skin and hair dysfunctions in a personalized manner. We start with
a professional diagnosis of the scalp and create a customized path which includes
using micronized plant mixtures to prepare one of the below personalized treatments.
Special cleaning and conditioning hair baths and concentrated treatments are
included, which can extend from our salon to your home.
These personalized scalp treatments include:
Purifying – to treat dandruff and flaking – using the purifying power of bionomic
thyme and a gentle exfoliation with purifying rice.
Rebalancing – to regulate excessive sebum – using the synergy of pure biodynamic
