GROUND FAULT DETECTION SYSTEM
Unique to Lay-Z-Spa, the new Ground Fault Detection System (GDS) continually monitors for a secure earth
connection in your power supply. Offering market leading IEC Class 1 appliance protection so you can enter
your hot tub with total peace of mind.
IMPROVED PORTABLE RESIDUAL–CURRENT DEVICE
In addition to the new Ground Fault Detection System, the Portable Residual–Current Device (PRCD) has
been upgraded with a new fail-safe magnetic system. Coupled with the new GDS, the ultra-sensitive PRCD
electrical safety device delivers double-layered protection for an ultra-safe hot tub experience.

Strength and Durability
Durable, yet comfortable Inflated walls made from drop stitch material, provide unparalleled strength and durability.
These threads securely connect the material surfaces internally, while carefully applied
Tri tech™ is a 3-ply reinforced material with a polyester mesh core that’s encased in
sidewalls seal the finished inflated cavity. This creates a panel that effectively supports
two layers of laminated PVC – offering superior strength and durability to the build

54SETUP AND MAINTENANCE
We make it quick and easy to start relaxing and
maintaining your spa!
With the necessary set-up tools already included, all
you need is the space to place your spa and it's a simple
process of 1, 2, and 3 to get going.
1. Inflate the Lay-Z-Spa with the double-functioning
spa pump.
2. Connect the pump to the Lay-Z-Spa with the correct
openings and make sure they are all attached
correctly.
3. Fill up the Lay-Z-Spa with water to the indicated level
and you are now ready to enjoy your spa!
In addition to all the tools and the pool cover that comes
with every spa, we've also included a chemical floater
and filter cartridge. These are used to keep the water
healthy and clean, which is important not only for
yourself but for the longevity of the spa!
The new deflation function, thanks to simple fittings
shown in the left picture, can deflate the spa in an
easy and convenient way. Function available on all
the Lay-Z-Spas.
