Once again Christmas is upon us and it’s time to start making those all important
plans for your most important dinner of the year, your Christmas dinner.
You’ll find full details of how to place your Christmas order on the back page
of this brochure. If you are unsure on anything or would like to ask a question,
please do not hesitate to get in touch with one of the Turnbull’s team members
and we will give you all the help you need.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our valued customers for

Fresh Turkeys
All our Turkeys are sourced from British Farms who are passionate
and committed to quality and welfare standards of each and every bird.
Our Free Range Bronze Turkeys are this year sourced from Edward
Wilkinson in York and are a traditional breed which are reared slowly
to ensure the quality and flavour. They come individually boxed and all
our Turkeys come with cooking guidelines and a ‘pop up’ cooking timer
to ensure that they are cooked to perfection.

Poultry
Turnbull’s is committed to providing top quality British poultry. This year
we’re delighted to offer Free Range Chickens and Free Range Roosters from
Edward Wilkinson in York. Margaret Lamb has been producing Geese for
Turnbull’s for over 30 years now and the quality of these birds reared on
Margaret’s farm near Beadnell in Northumberland never disappoint.
We are also offering British Ducks, Duck Breast Fillets and Pheasants and
if you fancy an alternative this Christmas, check out our speciality Two Bird
Roast and Ballontine of Duck!

1) You can place your order between now and the
18th December.
Friday 21st December
2) Orders can only be taken for items in this brochure. If 7.00am-5.00pm
you require something different that we do but is not in
the brochure, then we recommend you purchase these Saturday 22nd December
items beforehand and home freeze or enquire at the 7.00am-4.00pm
time of ordering about purchasing from our counter on
Sunday 23rd December
the day of collection.

3) You can choose to order by phone, email or in person at
our order point in our shop in Alnwick. Monday 24th December
4) A deposit of £10.00 is required with all orders. 7.00am-1.30pm
5) Email orders will be accepted but only guaranteed with Christmas Day: Closed
an order confirmation from ourselves. On receiving your
email order we will issue instructions on how to make Boxing Day: Closed
your deposit payment. Once we have received your Thursday 27th December
deposit we will issue your email confirmation. 9.00am-4.00pm
