combines rustic camping aesthetics with all the amenities you expect of a wedding venue.
Our outdoor chapel overlooks Lake Huron and is shaded by a canopy of cedar trees, making it
the perfect place to say ‘I do.’ Overnight accommodations and professional on-site catering
means that camp Kintail can take care of all your needs on your special day.

Exclusive use of the campsite and Venues (Chapel, MacDonald Lodge, Harmony House and Rec Hall)
Please note: Site exclusivity for April - June, September - November is from Friday evening until noon Sunday. Site exclusivity during July - August is from noon Saturday until noon
Sunday. For summer months a rehearsal can still be done Friday night but exclusive use of the site is not guaranteed. These timings are open to discussion and there is the possibility of
flexibility to meet your needs.
MacDonald Lodge for banquet meal with seating up to 150 Includes linens, tables, chairs, dishware, sound system, decorative lights hung on ceiling & wifi
Harmony House for use by wedding party pre/post ceremony Perfect spot for reception after wedding
Use of entire campsite for photos, including the beach & forest
Snack / light lunch for wedding party pre-ceremony for up to 20 people
A Kintail rental coordinator who will meet with you twice in preparation for your wedding
A tasting of the menu options you have selected for your reception (if receiving catering from the Camp Kintail Kitchen)
One of the following:
Brunch the morning following the ceremony for up to 30 guests (additional guests at an extra cost)
Rehearsal dinner the evening before ceremony for up to 30 guests (additional guests at an extra cost)
Services offered in addition to Primary Wedding Package:
Professional full service catering (Food services include a $500 deposit at time of booking. Final numbers for guests required 10 days prior)
Programing of camp activities Fee negotiable, program options found later in this package
Overnight accommodations for guests (All prices plus HST. Linens, bedding, pillows, towels & toiletries not supplied)

Cabins, Yurts, tenting or RVs & Trailers $26 / night / guest
Please note: Camp Kintail does not register or assign guest accommodations, this is the responsibility of the Bride & Groom. The Bride & Groom will provide full
payment for all guest accommodations to Camp Kintail and it is up to the Bride & Groom whether or not they will individually charge their guests to offset this cost.
Child pricing & Childcare services: Children 4 and under are not charged overnight accommodation fees or catering fees. Any children over the age of 4 are charged the
regular per person rates. Camp kintail does not provide childcare services for weddings.

Alcohol
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol will be the responsibility of the wedding party, including all serving and cleanup. You must provide a copy of your liquor license to the camp and
smart serve certificates for your bartenders.
Venues
MacDonald Lodge
MacDonald Lodge is the main dining hall at Camp Kintail. Able to
comfortably seat 150, this pine-board clad dining hall is perfect for
celebrating with all your guests. The rear of the building has private
room accommodations, which can be used for families, couples or
individuals. A built-in sound system and disco ball allow this space to
be easily transformed into a dance floor.
Outdoor Chapel
The Chapel at Kintail is the perfect place to tie the knot surrounded
by nature. Overlooking the beach of Lake Huron and sheltered by
cedar tress our Chapel is beautiful.
Venues Harmony House Harmony House is the original lodge building at Camp Kintail and dates back to 1930. Fully renovated with a new modern kitchen Harmony House is located right next to the Chapel and is a great choice for after ceremony reception and pictures. A deck on the rear of the building looks towards the lake and is a picturesque gathering place both before and after your ceremony. Rec Hall The Rec Hall is the most Historic building on Camp Kintail’s site. It was originally a Church built in 1866 and was transported to Kintail’s site in 1946. This barn style building is an inclement weather option for your ceremony.
Accommodations The Nest Guest & Family & Group Rooms (Hotel style rooms with private bathrooms) The Nest is the newest building at Camp Kintail and offers both private guest rooms and family & group rooms for overnight accommodations. The guest rooms contain private bathrooms with shower tubs and bunkbeds with a queen mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on-top. The family & group rooms each have their own bathroom with a shower and 5 single/single bunkbeds. All rooms have individual climate control units and free wifi. Please note that Camp Kintail does not provide bed linens, pillows, towels or toiletries to guests. MacDonald Lodge Rooms (Retreat style rooms with shared bathrooms) The back of MacDonald Lodge has 8 spacious bedrooms with shared bathrooms. These bedrooms have both queen and single bed options. These spaces are perfect for families, couples and elderly guests. Please note that Camp Kintail does not provide bed linens, pillows, towels or toiletries to guests.
Accommodations Feathers Cottage Feathers Cottage is a residential style accommodation that has three bedrooms a full kitchen and 1.5 baths. An ideal location for family of the Bride and Groom to stay, or for the wedding party. Cabins and Yurts Camp Kintail has 20 cabins and 4 yurts, which can sleep 8 - 12 people in bunkbeds. Our cabins all have finished interiors, are insulated and have electricity. Our yurts are an unique accommodation style that would be hard to find anywhere else!

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or other dietary concerns are accommodated for all meal options.
Rehearsal Dinner $22 / person
• To be served at MacDonald Lodge either inside or outside
• Choice of 1 entrée, 2 side dishes, 1 salad or soup, bread & dessert
• Includes unlimited coffee, teas and juices at beverage hospitality table
Wedding Day Breakfast $11 / person
• Hot breakfast to be served buffet style at MacDonald Lodge
• Includes unlimited coffee, tea & juices available all morning
Wedding Day Lunch $15 / person
• To be served buffet style
• Meal can be delivered to bridal party at Feathers or Harmony House
• Includes unlimited coffee, teas and juices
Receiving Line $8 - 12 / person
• To be served buffet style for up to 2 hours
• Options include: hot hors d’oeuvres, cold hors d’oeuvres, cheese & fruit trays with crackers, assorted sweets tray, breads & dips
• Can include coffee, teas and lemonade
Dinner in MacDonald Lodge $31 / person
• To be served buffet style for up to 2 hours on hot line.
Family style: additional $4 / person
Plated: additional $8 / person
• Choice of 2 entrees, 2 side dishes, 2 salads or soup, bread or assorted rolls
• Choice of 2 plated desserts, or a variety of desserts served buffet style
• Includes unlimited coffee, teas & juices at beverage hospitality table
To have beverages served to table is an extra $3/person
• Meal service to conclude by 9 pm
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or other dietary concerns can be accommodated
• Cutting and serving of a provided wedding cake
