with friends and family in our restaurant and enjoy a meal together before the big day or simply put your feet
up in the lounge.
Your wedding is the perfect excuse for a little pampering and excitement and we have both in abundance.
Simply enjoy a chat in the fresh air over looking the views around Windy Harbour that will take your breath
away or sit and relax in the bar with a couple of drinks.

Frequently
ASKED QUESTIONS
If we want to invite more guests than the package included
what are the additional costs per person?
Additional day and evening guests can be added on, please see the additional
details on each of the silver, gold and platinum packages.
When is the best time to book my wedding reception ?
It is advisable to book as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment .
How long can we provisionally hold our wedding booking for ?
We will hold your provisional booking for 7 days without obligation. After this time we require your confirmation.
If another enquiry comes in for your date we will call you for a decision
How much do I need to pay to confirm my booking?
An initial non-refundable deposit of £1,000.00 is required along with
a signed contract and terms and conditions.
When is the final balance due?
50% of the balance is due 3 months prior to your wedding.
Following your final wedding appointment an invoice will be raised and sent to you together with
a copy of your final wedding details for your approval and confirmation.
Payment needs to be made and cleared three weeks prior to your wedding date.
A monthly standing order can be set up to help manage payments.
Specific dietary menu options
Please advise your wedding coordinator of all specific dietary requirements
so we ensure staff provide you with the most suitable menu options.
Do we include ourselves within the numbers ?
Yes you are included in your guest numbers.
So if you book a package for 100 for the day then it’s 98 + the both of you.
TWO/THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING DAY
A final details appointment will be made with your wedding coordinator usually approximately
six weeks before your wedding. At this meeting you will confirm the following:
• Chosen menu • Food option and serving time for your evening finger buffet
• Music options for the ceremony/reception/wedding breakfast
• Any special arrangements • Number of guests for the day/night receptions
THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING
• Full amount should have been made
ONE/TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING DAY
• Room Layout • Table plan • Any dietary needs
THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING
• Arrange any delivery of gifts, favours, cameras etc.
(All must be very clearly labelled and given to your wedding planer)
