04/18/2022
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Open Intoxicants
W Rawson Ave/S Ballpark Dr

On Monday, 04/18/22, at 0247 hours, a subject out of Saukville was taken into custody for
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia pursuant to a traffic stop. He was also cited for Open
Intoxicants. Field Sobriety Tests were negative and the subject was released with citations.
His vehicle was towed from the scene.

Property Damage Vehicle Crash
7500 Blk S North Cape Rd

On Monday, 04/18/22, a vehicle lost control and struck a mailbox and electrical pole support
brace. WE Energies was notified of the crash and damage to their pole. The vehicle was
removed from the scene by N&S Towing.

Obstructing/Resisting Arrest
S 27th St/W Sycamore St

On Monday, 04/18/22, at 1339 hours, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle on S 27th St
when the passenger of the vehicle fled on foot. This subject was later identified and it was
determined he possessed a warrant through the Racine County Sheriff’s Office. Charges for
Resisting Arrest were referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office for review.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle/Receiving Stolen Property
10750 W Speedway Dr – Kwik Trip

On Monday, 04/18/22, at approximately 2146 hours, a subject out of Milwaukee was found to
be in possession of a vehicle listed as stolen by the Milwaukee Police Department. This
subject was detained and transported to a local hospital for treatment. The vehicle was towed
from the scene. Follow up to continue.

Obstructing/Warrant Service
S 27th St/W Drexel Ave

On Tuesday, 04/19/22, at 0103 hours, a subject out of Racine was taken into custody for
Obstructing and having 2 valid warrants with the Racine County Sheriff’s Office. He was also
cited for Operating After Suspension and No Insurance. He was turned over to the RCSO.

Theft
6400 Blk W Drexel Ave – Oak Leaf Bike Trail

On Tuesday, 04/19/22, a victim reported unknown actor(s) smashed the passenger window
out of her vehicle and took her purse. This occurred at approximately 1300-1325 hours, in the
Oak Leaf Trail parking lot.
Crime prevention tip**** Do not leave valuables inside your vehicle while unattended. Place
them in your trunk prior to leaving for your destination.

Felony Warrant Service
7800 Blk S Scepter Dr

On Tuesday, 04/19/22, at approximately 2224 hours, a subject out of Racine was taken into
custody for having warrants with Waukesha County Sheriff for Possession of Narcotics/Drug
Paraphernalia, and another with the Racine County Sheriff for Drug Trafficking. She was later
transported to county jail and turned over to their personnel.

Possession of Controlled Substance
S 27th St/W Northwestern Mutual Way

On Wednesday, 04/20/22, at 0244 hours, a subject out of Milwaukee was taken into custody
for Possession of THC. He was also cited for Operating Without a Valid Driver's License. He
was booked, cited, and released. His vehicle was towed from the scene.

Retail Theft
6701 S 27th Street-Walmart

On Wednesday, 04/20/22, at 1654 hours, a subject was taken into custody for Retail Theft
and Destruction of Property. This occurred after he cut the security device off of store
merchandise and then proceeded to leave the store with merchandise valued at $315.45
without paying for it. The subject was booked, cited, and released from the substation.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle
6701 S 27th Street -Walmart

On Wednesday, 04/20/22, at approximately 1835 hours, a subject out of West Allis was taken
into custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia,
and Receiving Stolen Property. This occurred after she was observed operating a vehicle
reported stolen by Green Bay PD. She was booked, cited, and released. The vehicle was
towed and the owner notified.

Possession of Controlled Substance/Drug Paraphernalia
S 27th St/W Rawson Ave

On Thursday, 04/21/22, at approximately 0316 hours, a subject out of Milwaukee was taken
into custody for Possession of THC and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The subject was
booked, cited, and released.

Operating Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated
10700 Blk W Speedway Dr

On Thursday, 04/21/22, at approximately 0512 hours, a resident of Franklin was taken into
custody for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated - 1st Offense. He later provided an
evidentiary breath sample which indicated that he had a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration of
0.13. He was booked, cited, and released to a sober party.

6701 S 27 St-Walmart

On Thursday, 04/21/22, at 0935 hours, a subject out of Milwaukee was taken into custody for
Retail Theft after attempting to leave the store with merchandise valued at $359.54 without
paying for it. He was booked, cited, and released.

7900 Blk S Scepter Dr

On Thursday, 04/21/22, a resident of Franklin reported unknown actor(s) opened a checking
account in her name without her consent.

4500 Blk W Thorncrest Dr

On Thursday, 04/21/22, a resident of Franklin reported discovering someone had used his
personally identifying information to take out a loan from a bank.

6500 Blk S Whitnall Edge Rd

On Thursday, 04/21/22, a resident of Franklin reported providing her Social Security number
and WI ID number to a fraudulent website after receiving a request from “ebay” asking for this
information to update her account.

Retail Theft
6701 S 27th Street - Walmart

On Thursday, 4/21/22, at approximately 1718 hours, an as yet unidentified female removed
merchandise valued at $496.17 from the store. Follow up to continue.

Fraud
6400 Blk S 27th St

On Friday, 04/22/22, a Franklin resident reported an unknown actor used his name and social
security number to work for a staffing company in Florida. Follow up to continue.

Warrant Arrest
8300 Blk S 27th St

On Friday, 04/22/22, at 1308 hours, a subject was taken into custody for having four warrants
with the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office for Retail Theft, Bail Jumping, and Possess Drug
Paraphernalia and one warrant with Menomonee Falls Police Department for Abandoned
Motor Vehicle. He was later turned over to county jail.

4100 Blk W College Ave

On Friday, 04/22/22, a Franklin resident reported her credit cards were stolen at MEIJER in
Oak Creek. The thief then went to Sam's Club in Franklin and purchased $3,000 in gift cards
with her Visa card. Additional follow up to continue.

Warrant Service
S Riverwood Blvd/S 27th Street

On Friday, 04/22/22, at 1706 hours, a resident of Franklin was taken into custody for having a
valid warrant with the Oak Creek Police Department for a traffic violation. She signed a
Personal Recognizance Bond and was released on scene.

On Friday, 04/22/22, at 1935 hours, a victim reported unknown actor(s) took his iPhone Max
Pro 13 from a shelf in the men's bathroom while he utilized the facilities.

Retail Theft
6701 S 27th Street -Walmart

On Friday, 04/22/22, at 2235 hours, a subject out of Milwaukee was taken into custody for
Retail Theft after attempting to leave the store with merchandise valued at $68.29. He was
booked, cited, and released from the substation.

Domestic Disturbance
8700 Blk S 79 St

On Saturday, 04/23/22, a Franklin resident reported a dispute with his roommate following an
argument during which items were thrown around the home. Criteria for mandatory arrest
was not met and the roommate gathered her belongings and was escorted off the property.

04/24/2022
Operating Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated – 1st Offense
S 27th St/W Southland Dr

On Sunday, 04/24/22, at 0258 hours, a subject out of Oak Creek was taken into custody for
Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated – 1st Offense. He later provided an evidentiary
breath sample which indicated he had a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration of 0.17. He was
also cited for Lane Deviation. The subject was booked, cited, and turned over to a sober
party.

Fleeing/Eluding
S 27th St/W Riverview Blvd

On Sunday, 04/24/22, at approximately 0143 hours, a Franklin squad attempted a traffic stop
on a vehicle reported stolen by Milwaukee PD. The vehicle did not stop and a pursuit
followed. The pursuit was terminated on S 20th St at W Burnham St, City of Milwaukee, and
the vehicle was followed by Milwaukee Police until contact was lost at S 35th St/W Scott St.

7400 Blk W Brunn Dr

On Sunday, 04/24/22, a Franklin resident reported he provided his social security number
and credit card information over the phone to a subject who claimed to be a representative of
AT&T who would lower his Spectrum package rate. The victim soon discovered someone
had attempted to purchase a cellular phone using his credit card.

Theft / Criminal Damage to Property
5200 W Rawson Ave – Sendik’s

On Sunday, 04/24/22, between 1300 and 2015 hours, an unknown actor(s) removed the
catalytic converter from a vehicle parked in the lot of Sendik’s.
